Got my rims done here a few years ago. I loved them at first but then I noticed my car making a scraping noise whenever my children were in the back or if I had a large grocery store run. It wasn’t until I got my brakes done a couple years later that I was told the lifters were not put on. I don’t drive this car often so I knew what happened. When I went in to get my rims on the guy that put them on asked if I carried a lot of weight in the back, referring to my backseat or trunk. I said no because I didn’t really know why he asked that, had I known better I would’ve asked. I went back to tell them about the situation and they said they didn’t have the lifters, of course. I asked if they could put some on and they said they could but I would have to purchase them again. Now that, I didn’t think was fair seeing that I had already purchased them and they just didn’t put them on.

Other than that they did a good job, if you know a lot about rims and cars you’ll be fine shopping here.

UPDATE*
I purchased through Acima, so I have the lease number. This review was not meant to be negative, it’s about my personal experience. My initial purchase was in ‘21 and I went back in to the shop in ‘24 so it’s absolutely possible that you all didn’t have the lifters anymore. I don’t work for another shop and I’m not trying to sabotage your business, I’m sorry you’re dealing with that.

This is my second time here and the experience like the first time has been nothing short of amazing. The XK team really takes care of you, won’t rush you into any decisions and has so many wheel options in stock and ready to go that it is hard not to leave with a set that same day and if you want something that they don’t have, they will get it ordered for you ASAP. I definitely will be back for the next set!!!!

I arrived at 10:10am and was out by 10:34 installed 33x12.5r26 took only 20 min to install a tire every tire shop in Joliet argued they couldn't do it. Highly recommend them the go to for any tire installation will not be denied. Excellent customer service top notch.... the are worth the drive.

This place is hands down the best place to get shoes for your ride. Everyone was friendly and extremely informative. They have unbeatable prices on all their products and they are very good on explaining any concerns you might have. Their waiting room is sick, they hav an elevated room with led lights all around and leather chair wrapped around the room, with 40 in TV, showing everything from Netflix to premium movie channels. I've been shopping for rims for over a year now and luckily found this place, which had superior products and much superior Service. They do everything in house and guarantee their products and services. I highly recommend on checking this place before settling with any other!!
