I love the bike. Not the dealership. They wrote up a bill of sale that I approved in advance. When I arrived, they included roughly $1,400 worth of warranties. I asked them to remove the warranties but they practically refused and told me to that I can cancel them later. Since I was on a time crunch, I went with their advice. Bought the bike on Saturday, canceled the warranties literally 2 days later. I received less than half as a refund. I assume the other half went to Jason as the finance manager who refused to remove the warranties from my bill of sale. I would never buy another bike from them.

Well I was a loyal customer having bought 3 bikes in 3 years till they got bought out by World of Powersports. I was going to see if they wanted to earn my business back ans talked to a salesman, he came out looked at my bike n walked away never saw him again. I left went down the street n bought a Harley. They lost my business permanently.

I recently purchased a bike here and it was a great buying experience. I had been away from motorcycling for quite a while and Brian B. was a super helpful and friendly sales person to work with. The finance guy, whose name I can't recall, was also very friendly and good at his job. I'll definitely be back for parts and service in the future.

Terrible. I emailed and called about a new bike listed on Cycle Trader, and their website, for $3399 (plus applicable fees...shipping/setup/doc). They had others listed for $4K-$5K...same year/make/model. I expressed interest in the lowest priced one, which was priced that way because it had apparently been in inventory for a year...longer than the others. The salesperson said the manager was going to call me back shortly and tell me exactly what those extra fees would be (they were supposed to be about $900). Instead...there was no call back at all and, later the same day, I noticed they'd increased the price by $600! No call back and a suddenly increased price. LAME. I will NEVER buy a motorcycle from this dealer, after this miserable, misleading experience. They clearly do not care about customer service AT ALL.

We had an AMAZING experience here! Jarrod made us feel like he really cared! He answered every question we had ( & I had ALOT becuase it was my 1st scooter purchase) ! He worked with us to get not only a fair deal, but above and beyond to get us out the door with the scooter of my dreams! I can't even describe completely how happy I am with my purchase! And then even after all the papers were signed, money exchanged, and deal was done He still made sure the techs gave it a good look over and replaced the battery! Who does that? Went there to buy an electric bike because I wanted to have a place to work on it unlike my last bike I purchased online. They assured me they would be selling this brand and they could work on it in the future. That was February. I called today and they said they quit selling them 5 months the ago and they won’t work on it. So I paid more money to get it at a local shop incase a problem occurred and now I’m stuck with a broken bike just months later. Don’t shop here.

Buyer beware. This place sold me a very poorly put together brand new beginner bike. I was told they would take care of me on my upgrade. When I reached out for upgrade I was low balled every step of the way. Couple pieces of advice if you wanna deal with them. They lie. Don't believe them if the promise something down the road. Also ask for an out the door price several times from different emails. The prices will vary on the exact same bike. Pricing seems to based on whims. If you finance through them watch the APR they tried to slip in some extra points. I won't be going back.
