100% lazy !!!! they told me they would look at my truck 3 months later they said my whole fuel system was messed up and it needed fuel injectors and pump and fuel lines and it was going to cost like $6,000 or $7,000 dollars to fix it and that truck isn’t worth it and I said well why didn’t you call me? And he said he’s been very busy lol my truck was running and driving very well when I brought it in for a tuneup they lie and are very very lazy and waisted everybody time I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau

Well here’s the deal, a truck owned by my son was taken in 3 months ago with a promise of working on it and getting it running well. So…. These lazy people gave it a once over when it was convenient for THEM and decided that the truck was not worth fixing and let it sit in their parking area without even calling to discuss whether or not the owner wanted to proceed with the repairs What a joke! This place absolutely refused to work on it because it wasn’t worth it to THEM!
I would give zero stars for zero work in three months if I could. Unfortunately, the lowest score I can give is one star!
You better believe I would NEVER send them any business EVER! Everyone should take their business to B.K. Diesel! Platteville Wonderlube does NOT keep their word. It is worthless!

Quick and friendly service. More expensive than Walmart, but the incredibly fast service makes it worth it. They've topped off my tires with air just to be nice, too. They do great repair work when needed too!

No appointment needed, lie right off the bat. Tried walking in to ask about brakes, kid tells me to get back in my car and drive in. I do, try getting out again to ask about brakes, says you can stay in the car and open the window. Alright, “open the hood please” then opens and starts checking my oil then going on a spiel about what oil changes are offered. I said I’m here for a brake change, “you should have started with that my guy” almost like you didn’t let me. Then proceeds to tell me to call back TOMORROW to make an appointment for later in the week to get my brakes changed. Amazing service 0 stars

Ninety four bucks for an oil change? You say you check all the fluids, that’s a lie. Your checklist says you checked the air in the tires, that’s bull. If your too lazy to do the complete job, say so.

Oil change took less than 20 minutes, relatively cheap compared to other places, and the staff was very friendly. I'll be taking my car to these guys anytime I'm in town and need something fixed.

I grew up in Platteville and was in town there today and noticed I was due for an oil change. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They didn't try to up-sell me anything but checked fluids, topped off washer fluid & added some air to the tires. I know $44.99 is a little high for an oil change but I typically spend $39.95 at a shop near my town and it takes them about an hour. Plus my local shop always has a $2 or $3 extra fee for washer fluid or coolant or something making it about the same price. It was nice to save the time and I would recommend going there if you need a quick oil change.

Had an emergency happen with the coolant in my car over the weekend and I was able to bring my car over to their shop to take a look at it. They took a look and found a part that they potentially needed in Dubuque and would drive there to get it. Then work on it that day and the next morning even though they would be closed so that I could get home (which is 3 hours away). When I went to pick up my car the next day, they found it wasn't as bad as initially thought to be. Which was a relief. They saved me some money and were so nice to help me out so that I could get home. They really went out of their way to help me and it was greatly appreciated!
