Bought my first bike from them. Jason was my sales rep he did great and went above and beyond showed me the ropes made me feel very welcome even when I was just purchasing a very low Mile 21 114 heritage! He did not treat me any other way! He treated me the same as if I was buying the most expensive bike in the building and that felt great! Thanks Jason!

Omg I’m super excited I came in and saw the bike I loved and Matt got to work for me! He got me the best deal and a lot of bang for my buck… Matt is very knowledgeable about every single bike in store I can’t make this up. He was very patient with me and helped me all the way through the process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles by the staff. I received a tour and a special gift from the owner that made my day! Yay I got the bike I wanted and lots a goodies this place made me feel heard not just to sell me a bike but because they genuinely cared about my Harley experience I love it here real bad. I love you guys and it’s nothing you can do about it thank you 😊

While most reviews here are about the experiences with buying a bike mine deals with the service team
I ride a rare 1998 Atomic Red and Grey Fatboy with very low miles that had not been ridden in about 19 years but I did maintain it
This year was time to get on the road
So I talked to the team
Explained what I wanted new carb tuna up oil change and a few other items
I had been told by other dealerships that she was too old to work on and would I be interested in a new bike
The team said that they follow the same guidelines most of the time, when they saw her they said “let’s do this”
She is on the road again running like new
When I picked her up all the guys came out to tell me what a amazing bike she was
I was part of the inaugural HOG Chapter at Wolverine glad to see some things don’t change

I took the beginners riding academy class with coaches Tyler and Paul at Wolverine Harley-Davidson. I had never ridden a motorcycle before the course. I was so worried about the shifting and breaking. By the end of the 2 days on motorcycles, I was able to do it all! Shift. Stop. Speed up. Break. Turn. My confidence soared. I passed the class and received my motorcycle endorsement. It was a life changing experience. The entire class was so supportive. I left feeling like we were family.

I had an urgent need for a part that I could not find at other Harley Davidson dealerships when I called Wolverine the gentleman (Matt) did everything he could to help me and ultimately found part that I needed. Being a holiday weekend, it was imperative that I obtain that part. Otherwise my motorcycle would have been down for maybe one or two weeks until I was able to receive the parts from the Harley Davidson website.
While I was waiting, I checked out their merchandise, clothing and accessories. They have an incredibly buried inventory of all of the above mentioned.
Definitely a place I’ll Continue to check out

I can't imagine going through this riding academy class without Coach Cherri and Coach Adam. They were so thorough and Incredibly kind hearted. They made us feel welcome and any constructive criticism they gave came with a smile and positive reinforcement. These are two of the most professional people I've ever met. Everything was well orchestrated like they have spent years perfecting their coaching partnership. Adam good luck on your move, wherever you are please continue to coach. It is your calling. Cherri , keep chasing the coaches around the box. Your skill and confidence bleeds into every one of us in the class. Your demonstrations are just as if not more important in building our confidence then passing the test itself. "

The staff is ALWAYS great!! I have my favorites but the people are amazing! Service is exceptional! Very kid friendly, but please keep an eye on your children. There's expensive bikes in there and you don't wanna pay the damage cost. Great selection of bike gear and accessories! 10/10 highly recommend!
