Had a good experience here. Already had looked at pictures and YouTube videos of the bike I was most interested in, and when they started it up for me and I got to sit on it and plant my feet on the ground I was sold. Didn't feel pushed into buying something I didn't absolutely have my heart set on. Only sad part is the day I picked my bike up it was a wee bit chilly to go on any extended ride, but the 20 minute ride home was nice.

Kathy and Joey were great, and Samantha in financing was great too. Will definitely be returning when I need aftermarket parts or maintenance.

Went in person, but never got the feeling the salesman was there to help me guide through purchase process as I was confused and looking at several different models.

Went to other dealerships in town, and had a significantly better experience with sales staff. And was finally able to figure out what’s best for me. Since they were my first stop for motorcycle purchase journey, I wanted to see if I can give them the business since they seemed to have the models I wanted in stock. Especially since they are close to me, and I would be looking for them to be my go-to dealership for service. I calling multiple times trying to talk to someone from Sales (called multiple times). No one ever picked up of returned phone calls.

Not a very positive experience overall. Maybe they assumed I wasn’t a serious buyer, but oh well. Hopefully I was the exception, and they don’t treat everyone the same way.

Good experience buying a pre-owned BMW. Friendly staff. Very welcoming. I contacted them by phone about a BMW I was interested in. I made the drive from MN a couple days later to pick it up, and was very impressed with the bike and the level of service, and have had no regrets about my purchase.

Customer service was at its top notch by dough and his son. Both of them are great and helped throughout the whole process patiently and calmly. I would buy again from them at Windy City. Great collection of motorcycles which made me confused on which one to pick. Finally got the triumph trident 660. Much fun and very comfortable

I had a great experience at Windy City Triumph. Ross was my sales person, and he was great. JB was great, too. I really felt like I was part of the family when I was there. TC has been great, too. I wish I lived closer: I drove four hours to buy a bike from them!
