My son has been enrolled in White Dragon Mira Mesa for 2 yrs now and will be renewing for a third. All the instructors are top level and work hard to help those enrolled reach their goals. The instructors and Sifu really care about their students and promote a positive training experience. During my son’s time there he has built a strong work ethic, has improved self confidence, discipline and has improved his overall health and strength. His personal instructor has been nothing but awesome. If you are looking for a space to train, get healthy and learn martial arts, White Dragon Mira Mesa is the place to be! They accept students of all ages from kids, teens to adults! My daughter is also a student there so safe to say we are happy to be part of the White Dragon family!

My daughter has been going to White Dragon now for more than 4 months. We had tried so many activities with her before, things like dancing, piano, tennis, etc… nothing has stuck. It has only been a short time in reality, but we can see her commitment and appreciation for martial arts now. It is something she strives to do better in and wants to achieve the belt advancements by learning and mastering her stances and moves. White Dragon has made it very easy to get started by having a session or two free at the beginning as a sort of “try out” to decide whether or not to proceed. At that point you can decide whether to commit to a 1 year membership or not. With that commitment they have 3 ways of paying: all up front, quarterly or monthly payments. Group sessions are 3 times a week (optional but recommended to go to at least one) for 10 year olds. Private lessons are either once a week or once every other week depending on your membership. White Dragon has been a very well structured martial arts studio with combined group classes and private lessons to learn a variety of martial arts. The explanation of how to move up with the belt system is very clear and offers a lot of opportunities to learn multiple styles that I personally will be able to apply in stunt fighting. White dragon has many experienced instructors that have strong teaching styles that I have enjoyed in each group class.

My wife and I were looking for a martial arts program for our two sons. We hand intended to check out several local programs. Our first visit was to White Dragon in Mira Mesa. The instructors were so positive, supportive, and great with kids that we signed up that very night. My boys are now in their third or fourth year with the school, and learning so much. I was jealous, so my wife gifted me lessons for Christmas. And I’m loving it just as much. Great instructors, great opportunity, and a quite nice value. Highly recommend to anyone.

I've been a student at White Dragon Martial Arts for 5+ years, and I can honestly say, the kung-fu experience is quite rewarding and pleasant. Not only does this school teach you about self-defense, it teaches you about valuable concepts such as self-discipline. My son has been attending the classes at White Dragon for 3 years and loves it! The teachers are great and the classes are well taught. He is almost a purple sash and can't wait to be a black belt! I started him at this school at 6 years old because he was so hyper and this school has taught him discipline and how to defend himself. This method has calmed him down quite a bit. He also loves to compete in the tournaments and win medals! A great confidence booster. Great school!
