I went to two different Wells Fargo until this Wells Fargo Welcomed me with open arms. I needed a wire transfer due to a closing escrow and the other places did not have any bankers available. The branch manager at this location was so sweet and accommodating, and she referred me to Suzy. Suzy was not only fast, but was one of the nicest bankers I have ever met. I will no longer be doing business with other branches, and will be working with Suzy, who was such a pleasure

This is one of worst bank ever. No matter how busy, they are, there’s only 2 tellers to help. If not too busy, only 1. There’s always a long line and the fake guy or lady with a suit asking customers “what can I do for you?” The answer is always nothing. Because they just can’t help with anything. They alway end up telling customers “sorry for the long line. You need to wait”. It’s ridiculous 🤣🤣😂🤣🤣🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣. I wish I could add picture from today’s crew and costumes. I wish the management would focus less on lip fillers and more on jumping in and helping with customer service. L🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤣😂😂🤣😂😂😂🤣😂

I’m just a no on Wells Fargo at this point. I didn’t have a very good day with customer service. I went into this branch was standing in line and somebody asked a bunch of us what we were doing and directed us and basically took somebody that was behind me first and told me to have a seat and wait. I was closing my account and they were opening one so you see where the heart is- it’s just the money. I had called the 800 number the day before to close the account… And ended up telling the agent on the phone that I changed my mind and I wanted to go into a branch. apparently she’s already done the closing and instead of telling me that she just hung up on me. So then I go to the branch and this happens. Just didn’t feel cared for in any sense. Bye forever dudes

There’s almost always a line but the staff do their best to help us as best as they can. Most times I’m there (in line) a manager is there trying to help with quick transactions/deposits. Staff are friendly and kind. Lines don’t equate bad service
