If it hadn’t been for your excellent customer service from first walking in the door to the final purchase I would’ve purchased a Harley. From my experience I highly recommend buying your next new or used bike from Walter’s Brothers!!

They did work on my dad's motorcycle less than 10,000 miles ago. Now, everything they completed needs to be re-done. They will not return his calls and have even gone as far as to block him. My dad is disable on a very limited income with no other means of transportation, so the lack of a response has been beyond disrespectful. They will not stand by the work they completed, so would not recommend. We have also filed a complaint the BBB and will be consulting an attorney for replacement or reimbursement of the damages.

Bottom line, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR ANY MOTORCYCLE WORK. Their work is not accurate and their customer service is horrendous.

I do not recommend them for repairing your motorcycle after an accident. They had my bike for over 6 months. Missed entire riding season. They send parts out to paint and when I went to pick it up the painted parts did not match. Some parts were still scratched and unrepaired. Saddlebag lid did not close. Electrical was ran over shocks and visible. Had them send the whole bike to paint. Finally got call to come pick up. Bike looked better but there were still small things not completed that was on invoice as completed. Over 6 months and $7000 later I got my bike back. In winter so I could not ride it to see how it rides down the road. Getting them to return calls and letting me know how the progress was going was difficult as well. Tried to double charge me on a few things as well. Buy t-shirts and hats from here. Thanks

Very unique HD! They’ve been around for over 100 years so there’s a small museum section which is really amazing. They have a lot of items and historical bikes. They have a small amount of bikes for sale and a very large parts department and service department. They have a good selection of merchandise too. Lots of sales racks and really great deals. Shirts start around $31 and poker chips are $3 so they have some great prices. They also have a big hog statue out front, which you don’t see often. There’s also a kids motorcycle ride inside which is super fun!

Not long ago I purchased a 2017 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Police FLHTP. This was my first HD purchase after over 30 years of metric bikes. I just want to say thank you to Geromy, Corey, John, Blake and Fred who answered all my questions, helped me address some concerns, developed a solid finance solution and provided me with a very positive purchase experience.
