Customer service has dropped significantly, if you are going to change the oil in your car or they do not give you an appointment or prepare to wait at least 4 hours if you are lucky and they attend you, one Tuesday I went at 1:30 pm and they told me ok wait, It was 5pm in the afternoon and they hadn't even seen my car, I filed a claim with the manager and she gave me an appointment for the next day at 4pm, what a horror.
Ha bajado ostensiblemente la atención al cliente, su tu vas a cambiarle aceite a tu carro o no te dan turno o prepárate para esperar mínimo 4 horas si tienes suerte y te atiendan,un día martes fui a la 1 y 30pm me dijeron ok espere, eran las 5pm de la tarde y ni siquiera habían visto mi carro,puse un reclamo a la gerente y ella me dió turno para el día siguiente 4pm,que horror.

Very bad experience. It was Walmart so I didn’t even check the reviews before going but this is the worst experience I had with Walmart. I will never go again and will not recommend Walmart for auto care needs.

I had booked appointment for 3:30 for oil change. Reached sharp on time. I was checked in and was told I will get message when vehicle is ready. Bought almost unnecessary stuff from Walmart and when I checked for the status after 1 hour they said I am 3rd in the queue. WTF. If I have to be in queue then what’s the point of taking appointment. I didn’t say anything and went back in store just to kill time.

When I went at 6:30 (after 3 hours) they had still not started working on my car and I was told I can cancel the appointment and take my car back if need be. I had no choice but to wait. There were few more customers who were told to reschedule appointments after waiting for couple of hours.

Shameless Service at Walmart Auto Center

I purchased four tires from Walmart and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I booked the appointment two weeks in advance, and it was set for 10:30 AM. When I arrived, they checked me in and informed me the process would take about 1.5 hours.

However, I ended up waiting until 1:00 PM, and they hadn’t even moved my car from the parking lot into the garage. Another customer who arrived at 9:00 AM to have his tires changed was also complaining about the delays.

When I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long, I was told they were short-staffed. This excuse is unacceptable—if they lack the staff, they shouldn’t accept appointments they can’t honor. Their solution? Rescheduling the appointment.

I waited three hours for absolutely nothing and ended up leaving without getting my tires changed. Walmart Auto Center clearly doesn’t value its customers, even those who purchase tires directly from them.

I highly recommend avoiding Walmart Auto Center. Local auto centers are quicker, cheaper, and far more cooperative than this place.
