Awful service, they ensured me they would be at my location in 45 min, after 2 & a half hours I finally gave up and left my car in a parking lot

they didn’t answer my calls after confirming he’d be on his way, damn guy didn’t even have the decency to give me a call and tell me he wouldn’t be able to make it.

These guys left me and my girlfriend stranded in the winter, awful company won’t recommend you guys to anyone!

Has my car won’t answer and it’s not at the shop… I’m freaking out. Why isn’t it there ?

I have waited well over 2 hours before calling them and when I did, the voicemail said it was a different number. My car is not moving and I have appointments I need to get going to. I came back home to a dead car- my car has a safety feature to not die since it is a newer car.
