I went to the service center for my 2020 Terrain. Nyerere was the agent. He was very courteous and friendly. There were some anxious customers who came in after me and within minutes he had them relaxed and laughing. The service was complete and quick. Nyerere had the car running and the heat on before we got back in. And BONUS, he corrected the service center that I'd been going to about the state of my car - the all day service they said I was past due for was unnecessary. I'll be back to this place for my car care!

Absolutely the worst experience yet thus far to have a car serviced. Its been three weeks. Still have not even worked in my car yet. And no loaner. I regret taking my car there. So upsetting. Have to spend hundreds on a rental and uber. Im shocked honestly by the lack of communication and effort. How do they stay in business
