I had to have my 2023 dodge hornet towed to their dealership not once but twice because they didn’t fix it right the first time ugh. My battery was completely dead and the dodge hornets are known for having bad batteries but instead of of putting in a new battery they just charged it up and told me that the battery was good well I took it home and got up the next morning and it was completely dead again! They refused to give me a loaner car so I was without transportation once again they kept my car for four days before they even put a new battery in my car I called several times and they gave me the run around so I called the dodge customer service and they had to call them and tell them to give me a new battery! They also told them to get me a loaner car and they never did what they was told to do so yes I’m upset with them and they treated me awful because I didn’t buy my car from there dealership I bought it from the Lincoln one and wanted me to take it there but my warranty would only tow my car to the closest dealership and unfortunately it was uftring! When I finally got my car back they told me this should fix the problem and gave me my keys when I got in my car they had taken off some of my pink stuff and broke it! They refused to replace it!

We had a customer needing new keys for her Jeep so we used their service department and the results were amazing. Fast and quick service with great communication. We’ve had other customers needing dealer only services for their Chrysler products and they’ve used Uftring with the same results. Highly recommend Uftring North Pekin!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came to Uftring trusting their work and speciality in Jeeps and I came out with more issues than I brought to them. They initially told me there was an issue with my engine but that got discarded. They test drove my car accepting whatever work they did to the vehicle only for me to turn around and hand it back to them because the Jeep smelled very hot and like gasoline. They found coolant leaks and repaired those.. thanks. Again, taking the car for a test drive before handing it off to the customer. I got the vehicle back with a new crack in the windshield from a rock chip and not able to drive it past 50mph without getting a “death wobble” on the wheel and veering off to the left. The vehicle is now at another repair shop because I do not trust the mechanics that worked on this Jeep. Not to mention the lack of communication the whole 4 MONTHS the Jeep was in this shop. This service completely ruined the idea of ever wanting to own a Jeep again.

Im disabled, they made sure i was well cared for while my car was being checked out. Talked with me about had to be done what he thought could be done now and what should be done soon. I had him do all Three things. I was moving through mountains to the east coast and ididnt know anyone there yet. They were quick and made sure i was on my way safely.excellant surface.

I arrived at your dealership to check on an oil leak in my 2019 Dodge ram 3.8. I left the vehicle for a while and they told me that the oil folder housing was cracked. They would have to replace it. Return the vehicle to get a few personal possessions, out of it 45 minutes after they called me and they were putting oil back in the truck. I asked him what he was doing. He said he was putting the oil on the vehicle. I do not know why he put the oil in the truck before changing the oil filter housing that is not proper procedure in my book , that kind of concern me as to why they were doing that. They called me a few hours later and told me the truck was done. They did not even have the truck as long as far as the hours were concerned as to what they charged me in labor I have been going to Uftring Dodge Ram for many years and I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from them over the years for all my transportation needs. for the amount of time they had the truck in the shop to replace the oil filter cartridge housing that would’ve been about $250 an hour to replace that housing unit.
