From Sales to management this dealership as a team turned what was an extremely frustrating experience into an amazing one. They are honest..kind..and just a fantastic group to work with. I was struggling for a week with multiple dealerships and from the second I walked in was made a priority and treated with kindness. They made the process simple and enjoyable. Gained a life long customer and would and will recommend to anyone looking to purchase! My son in law is looking for a vehicle in the coming weeks and there is no question we will be headed right back for his car purchase! They made sure my vehicle was being handed over like it was being given to one of their own family members. Absolutely in love with our 2021 Jeep Renegade Latitude! I can’t say enough good about this location. My sales person was Braden Houston he was a pleasure to work with! Although the whole team played a major role in my experience. Ian Lott the GM at this location also amazing! Then Andrew Farraher helped me finish this journey equally amazing! Although I have been loyal to the Uftring family for decades I will absolutely return to this location and Braden for all future purchases. Not only was the experience a ten out of ten..they also followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and had no questions or concerns. Most dealerships after they have your money don’t really care. Buying from them is a “family experience!

I would recommend that they take responsibility for their actions and mistakes while servicing customers vehicles.
While having some work done on my Promaster Van, somehow many things that needed to be moved and removed for the service needs of my particular repair, were not reset properly. Hose clamps loose. Coolant all over the engine compartment after it was refilled. Related: Coolant not topped off after the engine was run up to temperature. The hood was out of alignment, which I was assured was not their fault, although I'm sure it WAS in perfect alignment before they worked on my van. The cowling between the windscreen and the hood was broken and out of alignment. There are greasy fingerprints on the body and my van outside the engine compartment and hood. The drain line for the cowling was not properly secured, and this is all that I've found so far.
They seemed to be much friendlier and more eager to please while I was getting my vehicle worked on, but after the fact they had no problem insinuating that I didn't have any knowledge about the condition of my vehicle when I brought it to them for service. I do however know exactly what condition it was in and how it was returned to me.

Just purchased a new 2025 Ram truck from Uftring's. Our salesperson was Devin Johnson. Devin was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and genuine. I got a fair deal and felt very welcomed and that my time was respected. So many other dealers drag this process out way too long. Devin found the exact truck I wanted. I would buy from him again.

I definitely recommend this dealership. Dave was great to work with, and helped us get the vehicle we wanted for a reasonable price.
