Received amazing level of service while getting luggage today. Complimentary monogramming were among some of the services offered to me. The friendly staff did a artful job insuring my initials were on there perfectly. Thank you for being such a help! Would definitely recommend!! Btw they did a great job monogramming!

Came to the store today to have my 20 years old carry-on fix with the broken handle. I was thinking this may take a few days to repair but the manager came out with the parts and fixed it in 15 minutes and no charges! That was some awesome service! I love Tumi!

I just love this store the staff at this location are so polite and professional. I had an issue with my 4 wheel garment luggage where the wheels were acting up and due the other reason they were unable to repair it in a timing matter they replace my newly purchased luggage with a new one. That’s customer service for you this is why I love Tumi products they stand by service and thank you for not leaving me without a bag 💼.

Asha is amazing!! I went there to help my wife complete her luggage set, despite not personally being a Tumi fan myself. With that said, the service was impeccable. Asha was both professional and personable. We enjoyed our visit to this location AND completed the set.

I had a terrible experience at this store this week. I was completely ignored when I walked in to shop. The 3 employees just continued chatting like I wasn’t even there. It was obvious by what they were saying that they were gossiping about another employee who wasn’t there. I was shocked to hear the language they were using and the racial slurs as well. The older lady with the long black hair seemed to be the ringleader of the conversation and the others were just going along with it. When I asked some questions about the products, including where they were made, I was treated like an interruption to their conversation. They didn’t want to tell me the products were made in China. $600 for a product made in China? No thanks. Shopping in a store with rude, unprofessional staff? No thanks. Supporting a company that would employ people like this? I’ll take a pass. Tumi is over priced garbage that falls apart soon after the purchase, which was evident by the number of newer looking bags I saw coming In for repairs with less than happy looking customers. Tumi=Trashy.
