I brought in a small hard case Tumi item for monogramming and Alvaro provided great customer service! Alvaro was very helpful, friendly, and provided great service this weekend! I and my coworkers all have many great quality products from Tumi - recommend both the company but also specifically this location in Merrick Park for the great customer experience.

What a wonderful store small but has everything that a large to me store carries with exceptional customer service

I was very impressed with Alvaro Estefan, who helped me find a perfect bag

He was very knowledgeable and personable

This will be definitely my Tumi store of choice as I’m a big fan of the brand

Wonderful products and location, though this review isn’t about that.
Horrible customer service and salesmen. I wont mention their name but he knows exactly who he is. Went inside with my dad and it started off well until the salesman started to hound my dad for touching the product. Treating him disrespectfully and short of accusing him of trying to steal. Horrible customer service, absolutely unacceptable. For those reading, I suggest to take your business to a different Tumi location.

I purchased a bag online yesterday afternoon and about 10 minutes later received a phone call from the store manager of this store, named John. They had the bag in stock and instead of shipping it, he offered to personally drop it off to my house on his way home from work. So within 40 minutes of ordering my bag online, John from Tumi had my bag in hand at my doorstep. Talk about going above and beyond! Love this brand (and my new bag!)

John Is Absolutely unbelievable!!

I was looking for 2 extremely hard to find carry on pieces, every location I called they just laughed and said no they are backordered for months.
John got on the phone and within an hour he found me not 1 but 2!!
One in GA and one in Miami, they are currently on their way to me now, thank you John for caring so much about your service. it's hard to find that in this day and age.

We have been Tumi clients for over 10 years now and we have had terrible experiences with the Tumi stores at Aventura Mall & Dadeland Mall. However, hands down to the Merrick Park Store. John Eltaktouk (the manager) went beyond to assist us with headquarters with a situation we had with a return made in this store. We had the best customer service experience in this Tumi Store in all these years! Do not hesitate to shop at this store, please make yourself a favor an avoid Aventura Mall & Dadeland Stores and just to Merrick Park and ask for John you will not be disappointed!!
