Disclaimer: this is a 1 star review for their extreme rudeness and poor customer service BUT they were saved by one associate who was attentive, and very nice. Thank you William, you’re a 5 star associate.

Because of the contract in place between the company I work for and Tumi, this is the preferred luggage I’m allowed to use. I don’t know what it is, but this particular location has not only poor but extremely rude customer service -and even including over the phone conversations- I drag my feet to come here for warranty repairs because of it. A woman (who I believe is the manager) is the worst. And another employee whose name I can’t remember just follows her poor example.
Today was exceptionally different. William, the associate at the store this morning was incredibly attentive and I truly thanked him for it. Maybe because we’re not paying customers, maybe because they are just not happy people. Whatever their reason for their poor customer service and attitude they need to remember that they chose to work here, that they represent a brand that stands out for their products and they should be up to the task. Today I thanked William, he was truly a great associate who made me believe in the brand again.

Came here to get my suitcase repaired. The service was very polite, prompt, and fast. Appreciate the quick thinking of Roman in getting my suitcase repaired by Tumi. 10/10

These folks are awesome. The fabric of my recently purchased Tumi backpack (not purchased at this store) had gotten stuck in the zipper and I could not for the life of it get it out. The woman working in the store was able to fix it right away and send me on my way. I was at the beginning of a big trip so really needed it fixed and was so happy that they were able to help me!

PENNY AND ROGER (?) I LOVE YOU!!!!!! I came in thinking I'd have to give away my gorgeous, brand-new TUMI backpack because the straps were too long, but Penny had the most ingenious way to shorten them with just her hands and creativity—I didn't have to sew a thing or pay a single cent!! And everyone was so friendly and kind. Both me and my lumbar vertebrae left the store very, very happy with my new, well-fitting backpack. 🙂

The luggage doesn't last beyond 4 or 5 trips, just enough to get beyond the bare minimum warranty for the average once or twice a year traveler. It's always the handle mechanism, and the store offers little help in getting repairs completed. When you purchase they will make it seem like repairs are effortless and easy, don't fall for it. Stay far away from this company.

Had the most unprofessional sales people experience at this location. Disrespectful and talk down to customers - I go so far as to say it seemed to me like they were jealous of those able to afford such items. Tumi has a nice product. (Although it’s overpriced relative to Briggs & Riley which has a lifetime warranty). Following my experience I did the best thing any consumer came do, don’t spend your money there. I cancelled the order and will go elsewhere. Buyer beware of this location.

Went to the galleria location and the store close for already closed at 7:00 instead of 8:00. Very disappointed
