My suitcase broke while at Houston airport and I had to replace it. I was exhausted from being up since 5;30 am the previous day due to flight delays. Mykalyn, the associate at the Tumi store was so kind and helpful. I hadn't planned on spending so much on a suitcase but I love my new Tumi case.

Horrible service provided by Jonathan when I went in asking if a piece was still available he was short and seem agitated like I was a bother to him. I wouldn’t recommend bothering yourself with this location I’d rather just purchase any item from online for now on.
