So glad I found the Tumi Outlet. Not sure why some people are complaining about not having all the choices from the retail store...I mean, it's an outlet people. I was able to get 30% off the retail price of my bags, and Tammy was super helpful and friendly.

I've called the Tumi Outlet twice in the last week; each call was less than 1 minute long. It's amazing how quickly a sales rep can lose a sale through curt responses and hesitations to confirm item availability and pricing (for 1 item on each call). Please coach your reps on competencies/soft skills and brand representation. Both interactions were novice at best.

I called looking for a semi specific bag. Wendy the manager answered the phone and was so helpful to let me know what was in stock in the style I was looking for. She also, texted me pictures of the ones she thought I might like. She really went above and beyond - I am so impressed with the customer service that she offers.

I hurried to the store and bought the most beautiful bag I've ever owned.

Tumi must treat their employees well, because their employees most definitely treat their customers well. I will be a customer for life now and will recommend others as well.

Highly recommend, Angela, store manager, and Tammy, sales associate, are wonderful. They helped me to evaluate needs and made recommendations based on user preferences and quality. They have some excellent lower and high end luggage here. Ended up getting the Alpha 3 in navy blue, we purchased 2 carry on size, as well as 2 short trip expandable pieces. also purchased 2 small carry bags, versatile, can wear like a back pack, cross or shoulder carry. The Bravo 3 Collection is not always available at the Tumi outlet stores, but when it's available it's one of the higher quality, durable, and beautiful sets. And you can save a TON of money on very high quality luggage at this location. Can't say enough about this store, and the people that run it. We've always wanted a set of Tumi luggage and are very pleased to have done business with this particular Tumi store, and will be back for sure.
