Anthony and the Top Gear Powersports team are the real deal! I've had many a big ticket purchase but none as smooth, fast and painless as with them. I live 1,400+ miles away from the dealership; found their site online and they had the perfect bike! Not only did the Top Gear team detail the bike to showroom perfection, they posted tons of great pictures and sent me videos to highlight the bike. Anthony is personable, professional and has a dedication to power sport sales that feels rare these days. Anthony was able to quickly strike a deal that met my budget; plus he arranged shipping to bring the bike right to my door! I can’t say enough good things about this purchase. It’s risky to buy things online but the Top Gear team really went above and beyond to make this feel like I was buying a bike from right next door. I have their site bookmarked and will be checking inventory again as Top Gear Powersports is a gem! Thank you!

Definitely recommend doing business and buying a bike or toy from Top Gear Powersports. They were fast, friendly, and provided excellent service. They even went above and beyond to get a bike ready for a winter ride of 450 miles to get it home. They also supported me along that journey with technical support. I paid a total of $2067 for which i didn’t complain even though I thought was overpriced. When i went to pickup i noticed that the saddle bag was scratched (they never offered to fixed or reimburse and not a word was said about my money from my invoice).
I picked up the motorcycle that day (they assured me that everything was already done in a perfect way so i can drive and enjoy the good weather)
I drove a couple miles to my home , as soon as i parked on my driveway the coolant hose went out and all coolant end up on my brand new driveway. I called them right away, took photos and emailed it to them. They came to pickup the motorcycle other day to take to the shop.I called after a couple of days, they said all is done now (explanation was that mechanic who worked on the bike probably didnt push the hose all the way properly to the radiator, so that was the reason of the problem )
They brought the motorcycle out from the shop outside, and i realized that they forgot to put one bolt on fairing. I let them know So they got the bolt from the shop then put it, i took the bike and went home.
i believe at least i deserve reimbursement for all this extra fixing, driving around, scratches on my motorcycle, and waiting and all headaches and plus for cleaning supplies for my driveway.
Not a single word about that…
Other than that they are very polite but unfortunately kindness sometimes is not enough to improve your business skills.

Took my 2003 Honda Shadow in for tire replacement, coolant leak, chain service and front brakes. All services were completed in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly. Bike came out cleaner than it went into the shop! Looks awesome.

First being that the entire staff is very respectful and won’t make you feel like a first time rider.
I was helped by a young man named Tony. He had great tonality to his voice and did a great job helping me pick out the perfect bike for me! Everything was explained throughly but in such a timely manner.
