I had a fantastic first-time experience at Tolsdorf Oil Lube Express! After driving past this place for years, I finally decided to stop in for an oil change instead of heading to the dealership. From the moment I pulled in, DJ greeted me warmly and took care of everything while I stayed comfortably in my vehicle. He was professional, friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services.

At the end of my visit, Maurice handled the payment and reset my oil maintenance light. Both DJ and Maurice were great to chat with, and their commitment to excellent customer service really stood out.

It’s clear that the team here works hard to take care of their customers, and it shows. If you’re looking for a quick, honest, and stress-free oil change experience, I highly recommend Tolsdorf Oil Lube Express. Great work deserves recognition, and I’ll definitely be back!

Time warp back to the 50's-80's

· Oil & Oil filter changed
· Air & Cabin filters (see pic of mine)
· Check & fill tire pressure
· Suggest or complete rotation of tires
· Check & top off fluids (not brake fluid)
· Wash your windshield (squeegee)
· Friendly banter on other issues seen

These gentlemen were a pleasure to meet and do business with. They immediately saw me coming in and cautiously directed me to drive into a bay (you don't have to if you don't want to)

Sitting in my driver's seat and watching them completely check everything and suggested items like my nasty looking filters to change. Now mind you they gave me the opportunity to buy it not force me into buying it. Which made me feel comfortable with doing my oil change here

The crew was polite and respectful. They were talking among themselves about putting oil in or telling me to finally start the engine. Very safe environment for the customer and themselves. Kudos to them!

These guys and this place was awesome! Great first experience, so quick too. They were incredibly helpful and gave me some tips for my car without pushing anything at all. They even offered to find out the price of a part for me and tried to help as much as possible, even though I wasn't sure I'd buy it. I look forward to going back!

I am so grateful for this local west chester Pa business. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and just all around great people. Dave is my go to. He remembers my name, works his A## off with a smile. This is a very well run business. Today we did oil change, tire rotation, cabin filters and injection on 136,000 rx450h. Really really happy with the service and grateful for this business. With my busy schedule it is a blessing.

Amazing service. Just moved to West Chester, visited the Market St location at 3pm on a Thursday. I think I was there all of 15 minutes. Fair price, awesome staff. Highly recommend!!

It was a drive through oil change/car service.
Prices weren’t bad and they did not treat me badly like at other car service places!
Women come here best service, very polite staff.
It was my first time here and I definitely will come back every-time I need my car fixed up.
I love how I get to stay in my car and I don’t even think I stayed there more than 15 minutes. What they say on their website is TRUE!
