I been dealing with Auto Link for a few years and one of the best places to buy a vehicle from. Joe, is very awesome, Marcia is amazing, Zack definitely will get you right if you have any car problems, and Andy (my dad) inside joke the owner will definitely work with you. So if you're looking for a vehicle Auto Link is where you need to go. Very great customer service & everyone there is amazing.

I want to thank Joe for all his help throughout this process he answered any questions I had and was very respectful wasn't pushy about anything, it was one of the most simple and easiest car buying processes . They work with you and are up front and honest with you. They will get you in the car that you want they go above and beyond for their customers and im glad to be one of their customers. If you want to go and have a good car buying process call Joe up and he will help you. I love my new vehicle.

Fair price on a well used vehicle. It would have been 5 stars but we are closing in on 2 months waiting for the title I have been in to the dealership twice now. Anyone else pay cash for a vehicle and wait over 2 mos. for the title? This is a shady dealership. Beware!

I have been going here for years and I’ve never really had any issues with Auto-link until recently. Jake is very disrespectful and has a smart mouth. When needing to get in for service due to a serious issue regarding my SUV, I was told they were “too busy” to get me in sooner and if I didn’t want to wait then I could go else where (Jake’s exact words). Every time I go into Auto-link it is NEVER BUSY. I do not tolerate people who are disrespectful and I truly hope they find someone else to replace him.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff at the Autolink in Bartonville Illinois starting with Marsha you are a great human being inside and out, when I say customer care this lovely lady understands before you need her too so thank you Marsha. And Joe when you answer the phone even when I'm on the side of the road with smoke rolling out of the motor you managed to say the right things to ensure it's gonna be ok." I'll have Jake give you a call right back stay by the phone" so Thanks Joe. Now Jake you had your hands literally all over our equinox before we got her, from the very moment we pulled off y'all's lot I felt safe in knowing you had our back through our maintenance issues from day 1. That since of security comes with is hard to find but I have that with you Jake so thank you for having greasy hands at our expense. I look forward to making my car payment in the morning but to top it off, when we did breakdown we got a tow and I will be glad to pay that off as well because the service wasn't included in my insurance for towing and rental. So Autolink as a whole had our back and said we got you no worries we will cover it until you are able too. This question is to the people reading this, Why wouldn't you want a great car at a great rate? Autolink I love you all
