Great customer service. Was accidentally rude to whome i believe was the owner because he didn't look or talk to us, so I thought he was hard of hearing. Little did I know he was just ignoring us on purpose...

Besides that the atmosphere is amazing and everything that i dreamed it would be. Can't go wrong gothic prints.

The customer service was also the best I had ever gotten they knew so much about the clothing and shoes that I felt like they read it off a wiki page.

Definitely a top contender for alternative/gothic clothing stores and Definitely recommend it, just wish they had magnetic souvenirs with some of the prints they had. Really would have invested some hard cash into those.

If you want to find dark goth like clothing, cool printed shirts, a collection of pins in weird finds from movies, And a whole lot of leather And faux leather. This is the place to go. It is quite expensive. I will say bath. They have great sales at least when I went there everything was like 50% off for half off and for the shoes there if you they don't have your size and they will order it for you either to be shipped there or delivered to at home which I say is very convenient

I stopped by today to look at the leather jackets and was met with the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. I've been looking at jackets for the past two years mostly reminiscing over childhood memories and slowly lost interest in finding a jacket that resembled one I wore when I was younger.

As soon I approached the jackets I was met with a warm and welcoming hello and was invited to try out a jacket. They asked about the old jacket I had when I was younger and they picked one out while informing me about the material and the style. Although I was concerned about my newfound weight, they immediately made me feel good about how I looked in this leather jacket. We tried different jackets out but at the end of the day I ended up choosing the first one they suggested.

I could not be any happier with my visit and purchase today. I felt welcomed and looked after, which is very rare during these times.

I sadly haven’t gone to the store, but their website is amazing, and I love all of their t-shirts. I think, best of all, besides the cool things they sell, is the customer service. I ordered a few shirts awhile back and got help navigating the tracking. Even on my newest purchase, I ordered the wrong size, and I emailed them right away. With no charge, fee, or unnecessary hassle, I’m getting the right size. I truly love this store and the employees, and I’m glad I’m becoming a regular customer.

My partner and I have been here multiple times, and each time is a wonderful experience. I love the workers and their attitudes! They’re always super nice and helpful! Bought a shirt but ordered the wrong size. Contacted them and an exchange was arranged. They were very cooperative and exchange was completed. Great customer service and terrific communications! Love the shirt too!

Beautiful jacket, worth more than the price I paid. It looks and feels great. I also bought a cute cat tshirt. They included a cool coin, and a thank you note. Would definitely buy from them again.

There is seriously not enough good things to say about this store and Joe! The quality of the leather jackets are amazing and true to size. The only thing more exceptional than the quality of clothing they sell is the customer service that Joe offers. Anytime I had a problem Joe was quick to respond and resolve shipping issues or size issues on my end. He is so kind and understanding. I will recommend The Alley to anyone and everyone. Even if they aren’t into the punk rock style I’ll suggest they buy something because this store deserves to be open for as long as they want to be. I’ll be buying from them for as long as they are selling!
