READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH TEAM QRT 6738 Johnston St, Lafayette, LA
11/30/24 Went for a tint job at 8 am. Wanted 4 windows and back glass tinted 5% ceramic. The 4 windows came out fine. Not perfect but I was happy enough. The back glass on the other hand was all messed up. Big bubbles throughout, wavy, and passenger side corner towards the back was completely off. I understand there will be smaller bubbles that take time to cure. But on back glass in back corner there was a good 3" x 5" section that was completely off of the glass and filled with water. I made it a little better using a card and squeegee it out but big bubbles are still present. I called to let the guy know about it and he was rude. Told me "I told u not to mess with it" (I had to...it was completely off the glass) and didn't even let me explain what the problem was. He then asked "Well is it better now?" I told him "A little better" then he said "Well okay then I don't see the problem" then hung up. I'm not the guy to leave reviews complaining but this is ridiculous and I am not happy. I spent $488.02 total so I would expect a way better job and better customer service. I've had 5% ceramic on other vehicles of mine and they've never came out like this. I would say the tint job is decent, customer service is poor, and definitely not worth $488 in my opinion. More like a $250 tint job at most. I'll go get it fixed elsewhere...I recommend Auto Expressions in Scott, LA by Piggly Wiggly. I just thought I'd give Team QRT a try cause it was the only place available at the time and wanted tint before going out of town.

TEAM QRT JOHNSTON ST LOCATION was awesome. Quick quality service and worth every penny. Very cool and friendly staff got the job done in a fraction of the time compared to similar businesses. I highly recommend QRT for all your window tinting needs.

We had a cat that got locked in our vehicle for four days. The cat urinated in the car and reeked of urine. I called my favored body shop and asked what he would do. He suggested I contact team QRT Which I did, and drove the vehicle there with the windows down, doubting if they could really get the smell out. After two days, I picked up the vehicle and parked it in the sun and can say That there is no hint of urine smell in the vehicle. I cannot believe that they were able to save our vehicle. I would thoroughly recommend them and their team for any service that is needed, great and honest people to deal with.

Amazing owner, "Don," and amazing Team of employees. I've know the owner since he started this business over 20 years ago. The only thing that's changed is the location, (larger facility), faster, and better craftsmanship. Yes, I said craftsmanship not work because these guys really put everything they have into each job they do. They truly treat each job, no matter how many times they've do it as a custom job and you get that custom design feeling. It's a very family oriented environment and they put out exceptional work! They guarantee all of their work, if you are displeased for any reason, "they will make it right!"
