I’ve always received great service from Surdyke. Both Polaris side by sides and the bad boy 4035 tractor have been great machines. Dilian and Billy as well as the rest of the staff always go above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for products and service they offer.

I am really happy with the bike I bought around Father’s Day, 2023. My salesman Dylan? the former Marine, was really great to work with. I had been shopping around for a week at other shops and on line and I came in late in the day and was serviced right away. Everyone was working to get three of us out the door (2 sales and 1 service). I got what I thought was a good deal on the bike, offered all the extras, and even got good credit toward merch (helmet). All in all they had the selection and customer service I was looking for. Now I just need an estimate on my new tires and I’ll be happy again!

Such a great experience going through this company for our zero turn lawn mower. We were there quite a while but we laughed and joked with our salesman the whole time it. They also made sure we were able to get our lawn mower to the house as quick as possible. We will definitely be going back.

Sales seems to be the only thing of importance here. They make it very easy to purchase here, however getting any sort of support or even contacting them after has been downright frustrating. I called MANY times after making a purchase here to find out how to handle a range issue on the bike I purchased. I was never able to talk to anyone past the receptionist on any of these calls. Messages left were all ignored and never was a call returned. Downright terrible customer service. and ended up going through Yamaha itself and another dealer.

Tried to fix my 330 myself, but amazon kept telling me the wrong part. After the 3rd try, I went to Surdyke. And the fix was so simple I didn't even get charged! I have to give a shout out to Nathan Henry, and the whole service department. They teamed up and had me running in no time. Thanks team!!

I purchased a tire for my Slingshot from the parts department and the service department put it on. They were very courteous and put my tire on quickly. They did everything they said they would do when they said when they said they would do it. Excellent!
