Ordered a part online from them because it was $10 cheaper than other locations. Its been 2 weeks and still have not received the part i ordered. Never again. Would rather pay the $10, as I havent been able to complete repair waiting for this part.

We went to the dealership to buy a new Outback Limited based on their participation in the Costco Auto Program. Over the phone, they said they would give a $2,000 discount. When we met with the salesman, we were told the discount was only on in-stock vehicles and they didn't have any Outback Limited models in stock. At that point we went back to Napleton's Palatine Subaru where I bought my Ascent and found out they still participate in the Costco Auto discount program. At that point, we ordered our new Outback Limited and received a much larger discount. Don't waste your time at Liberty Auto. Go see Joe at Napleton's Subaru in Palatine.

I had an outstanding experience ordering parts online. The prices were very competitive for my 2002 WRX and shipping was priced very reasonably. My items shipped and arrived all within 4 days of ordering (including the weekend). I'll definitely be a return customer.

Ordered a part. Called the next day and spoke to a salesperson who was able to answer a few additionals questions, suggest a different part number to satisfy my specific needs, and cancel my previous order before it shipped. Very efficient, very friendly, easy to work with. By far the lowest prices I could find. Will be ordering from them anytime I need Subaru OEM replacement parts.

I would give this dealership a lower rating if I could. The car I purchased had a few minor problems. Once they sold me the car they didn't want anything to do with me. Thank goodness for Craig Huber. After contacting the dealership by email and leaving multiple voicemails, he was the ONLY person that got back to me. Nobody else returned my calls. Avoid unless you deal with Craig.

I order a part from them and I got it pretty quick, I was expecting it to take a while just because it's a dealership but it didn't and the price...they had the cheapest price I could find anywhere, it was about half the cost that my local Subaru dealer wanted. One thing about ordering with them that I really liked was the updates, I received an update for every step along the way. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.

Long version:
I have been doing a lot of work on my Forester this year, and have made many trips to my local Subaru dealer to buy the parts that cannot be obtained from auto part stores or from RockAuto. Sadly, my local dealership does not stock a lot of parts, so even after I provide specific part numbers to the guy over the phone, they still have to order them from the warehouse, and there is about 3-4 days lead time before I have to stop by the dealer to pick them up. I am glad to have finally decided to try ordering online from Liberty Auto. I placed the order after business hours, and the order was processed and shipped the next morning. In two days the package was in my mailbox, so no driving out of my way to the dealership this time. I really liked talking to the parts guy at my local Subaru dealership, and it is not his fault that he cannot deliver the same level of service that I got from Liberty Auto. If I have to wait for my parts, I might as well get them delivered to my home.
