The staff at Staunton Chrysler Dodge were very personable . I bought a used car from them. When several unexpected things came up, they worked with me to get things right. Tristan Wentler, the sales manager , was very pleasant to work with and competent at his job.

I had a very poor experience, I arranged a time and day to see a particular used vehicle with Andrew, then found a baby sitter and dragged my 8 months pregnant wife to the dealership 90 minutes away. When we got there the car was sold. Andrew said "oh didn't you get my message?". There was no message sent. No apologies, just an offer to look at what they had on the lot. I understand it's first come, first served at a dealership, but to have an appointment for a specific car, and let us come all that way just to make false excuses is shady business.

Kevin and Tristan were awesome! The whole process went smooth and they were able to get me into my dream car. This is the first dealership I’ve went to that felt like they didn’t just want your money. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. If you’re looking for a vehicle come check this place out!

Very poor experience buying my first truck. I had my truck for not even 3 weeks before shit started going wrong. Absolute joke of a maintenance crew. Had to pay a grand after them having it for 6 weeks and it’s still not fixed. Never answered their phone calls when I tried to get ahold of them. Never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership

We went this Saturday wanting to trade my vehicle off initially and then ended up trading my vehicle and my fiancé’s vehicle off. Kevin was who worked with us and made the experience easy! He made everything possible and in the price range we wanted. We are absolutely in love our new vehicles. We will be using Staunton Chrysler from here on out for all of our vehicles and maintenance of vehicles. Great dealership and best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

I actually never left a review. This was the worse dealer I’ve ever experienced. Every 1 star review is true. 25k car, check engine on the way home, they sent my trade in car to auction on Monday when I bought the new car Saturday so no takebaskies. Tristan / service department was a joke. Had my car for 30 days and nothing was fixed. No compensation ever offered. Horrible horrible dealer. The TWO rentals they gave me also had issues. I knew I screwed up when the two rentals were off the lot with issues. Every time I think about a new car or hear someone I scream stay away from these jokers Horrible compensation

Also the service manager will make it seem like he is doing a favor fixing the issues and the rentals total dip***t

Well, it took me about 2 weeks since I bought my truck from this dealership. And I'd like to put down 5 star on costumer service from sale representative Kevin, they kept it quick and simple, just one small remark I wish they could be more informative of the trucks or cars condition when it comes to small cosmetic and mechanical problems. Took a fly from utah to Illinois and they help me with 3/4 of my plane ticket and a full tank of diesel mayor plus from them. We drove truck back 1200 plus miles and I love it!!
