I had my first visit last week for an oil change and was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The online reservation system and follow-up text made the booking process seamless.

A loaner car was available and they thoroughly checked my car. I needed tires and received a reasonable quote. The service was outstanding and I wish I had known about Star Auto Authority before. I am definitely going back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service, smart mechanics, and a nice family-friendly atmosphere.

THEY KEEP TRYING TO GET MY REVIEW REMOVED!

Where do I even begin? Should I start with them telling me they "disposed" of the good parts they took off my car, only for me to catch their employee selling those parts as “brand new” on Facebook Marketplace?

Or maybe I should talk about how they overcharged and basically scammed the insurance on every item. When the insurance refused to pay nearly $400 for cutting off the lug nut locks — something they could’ve avoided by simply calling me to bring the key — they started harassing me over the phone. They even threatened to withhold my car because the insurance only paid them around $7,712 instead of the $8,455 they demanded. Since they couldn’t fully scam the insurance, they tried to get me to cover the difference, even though they never asked for my approval for any of the repairs. I simply dropped off the car, and from there, they only communicated with the insurance, getting approval for both necessary and unnecessary repairs without involving me. When the insurance wouldn’t pay the extra $733.20, they tried to pressure me into covering it. I refused, of course, since I hadn’t authorized those repairs. When I asked for documentation showing the insurance approved the work, they claimed they had it on a recorded line, but, unsurprisingly, they never provided this so-called approval. They tried to scam the insurance, and when that didn’t work, they tried to scam me instead.

After all this drama, I finally got my car back, only to find a lot wrong with it. The sun visors were installed backward, the new headliner was poorly installed and looked worse than my old one, and they didn’t even bother putting a plastic pin back in the door. The rubber pieces around the windows they replaced? They look terrible.

I was willing to overlook these issues because I’m a full-time student and was busy, but when I saw my car parts, which I fully paid for and which they claimed were disposed of, being sold on Facebook Marketplace by their employees—that crossed a line. This business operates on lies and theft.

I reached out to the owner, hoping it was just an employee acting out and that he would take responsibility and apologize. But unfortunately, the owner didn’t care, which tells me this is just how they run their business.

Of course, they’ll probably respond to this review trying to make themselves look innocent, but the facts speak for themselves. If anyone would like further documentation to support my claims.

I got my alignment done here it was the closest place to my house at the time and honestly I chose it mostly because of the reviews. And I now I understand that all the positive reviews were deserved because these guys are all as one professional and very knowledgeable at what they do. Thank you for ride home and back !

To say that Star Auto Authority provided exceptional repair service would be an understatement!! After taking my 2012 Honda Accord EX for routine maintenance at both Honda and Firestone, they said they "discovered" issues with my car. After discussing with each, I was left with more questions than answers, as each shop presented me with conflicting issues. Sensing that something just wasn't right, I turned to Star Auto Authority for a second opinion, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I spoke with Peter, who dedicated considerable time discussing the diagnoses I received from the other shops and exploring potential solutions. He quickly set up an appointment for me and even arranged a complimentary rental car, making the entire process seamless.

Upon arrival, I met Jesse, who radiated professionalism and expertise. His confidence instilled a sense of comfort in me, reinforcing my belief that the team at Star Auto would accurately address my vehicle's concerns. Most importantly, I knew I could trust them not to take advantage of me.

After their thorough diagnostics, it was astonishing to discover that the issues identified by both Honda and Firestone were completely inaccurate. In fact, one proposed repair was entirely unnecessary, saving me a $932! The necessary repairs were completed on schedule, and I was able to enjoy the convenience of a complimentary loaner vehicle during the process.

When I picked up my car, I was blown away—not only were the repairs executed flawlessly, but their attention to detail was commendable. My car was washed to perfection, likely by hand, as it looked far superior to any drive-through wash I had experienced. To top it off, the interior was meticulously wiped down, a thoughtful gesture that truly exceeded my expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend Star Auto Authority to anyone seeking high-quality, honest repair services. They have earned my trust and loyalty!!

I recently needed my car repaired due to an unfortunate accident in a mall parking lot. Star Auto Authority personnel helped me receive a tow truck, provided a loaner, worked with my auto insurance for a quote and repaired my car. Once again I was very pleased with their services which I have used over many years when I needed services or a repair on my car. They always do a great job and I highly recommend them for quality and dependable service.

Bill was able to get me in right away. He wanted to help out with the tires since he's aware of how easily they wear on electric vehicles. Bill was also honest about how the car didn't need a tire alignment. He was able to accommodate having his guys drive me back and forth while the car was being worked on. Finally, Bill gave me a good price on the service along with washing the car for free. I highly recommend you give his shop a try!

Mine was a small insurance paid job. When some other shops on the area rejected it, Star Auto to the job without any hesitation and completed to my complete satisfaction.
