I want to respond to the last comment someone left. I can tell you by hand this business is not racist. I have a Hispanic husband, every time he needs a new pair of work boots he goes here. He gets good quality service and good quality work boots. He gets all his boots here and won't go anywhere else. Good family business who cares about all their customers no matter race, skin color or nationality.

The customer service is excellent! After 7 months, they still remembered my name, and what I had previously purchased without looking it up. Kade is a wellspring of knowledge; he can tell you the specs on impact resistance for each brand of boot by memory. They know their equipment and how working a 12 hour shift in the mine will feel wearing what they sell you; the products they recommended to me were well worth the money!

If you're looking for a great place for great quality clothing and accessories, this is it! You get old school customer service, and employees are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Although things can be a bit pricier, the quality makes it worth paying a little extra. This is the only place my husband will buy his work boots and insoles, because employees there are so knowledgeable they're able to help him select the correct footwear to relieve the pain he use to get in his feet. Thankfully, his feet no longer hurt now. We've even sent family members to SI Workwear who had achy feet after work, and the employees at this establishment were able to help them as well.

I don't want to pull the I am Hispanic, but I am my husband and I was so disappointed we waited for someone to help us and nobody even came to ask. After 1/2 hr some one came in and all of the shouted can I help you! And I say I need help but the guy just turn around and left. Now tell me that is not discrimination. Any was their shoe selection is outdated and ugly no more than 30 shoes on display and all of the look the same

Excellent customer service. I went in to get a pair of boots, Kade sized my foot, checked my arch support, and talked me through their selection of boots. He went and got the size boot I needed, and helped me pick out an insole too. It also cost far less than other boot dealers would have.
