We are so lucky to have found Christe and her business, she was a life saver. She picked up our luggages the day we landed at 8am which made it possible for us to explore Scottsdale until our AirBnB opened in the afternoon. She pick us up and dropped us off at the house because were were close to the bNb. On the way home, 6 of my girls had a 2PM flight and two an 8PM, she picked up our luggage at 10AM, then dropped off us off before our respective flights. I was extremely hesitant handing over all our luggage to a stranger in a van, but Christe was so kind and felt trustworthy. I landed I asked where I can go to find pink wrapping paper to build a lifesize barbie box, she told me there's a dollar store by her place and she'll look for me. I knew I could trust her when she texted me an hour later asking which shade of pink do I prefer for the wrapping paper, not only did she go shopping for me, she bought me four rolls of wrapping paper!
She made our travel days so smooth, would 100% recommend!

What an amazing concept! I found out about Christe on my last day of our trip. I messaged her at about 9 am and she quickly responded. She came and got our bags by 940 that same morning. It was so nice to not have to worry about our bags once our air bnb needed us out. Christe clearly loves her city and job. She had great recommendations on restaurants and places we must see. My flight left later than others in our party and I was able to enjoy a full day exploring Scottsdale because of her recommendations. She picked me and my friend up at the end of the day and took us with our luggage’s to the airport. I definitely will being reaching out to Christe again on future trips ?

My wife and I knew we’d be arriving in Scottsdale many hours before we could get into our air B and B. We decided to kill the day exploring Old Town Scottsdale but wondered what to do with our luggage… certainly didn’t want to drag it in and out of all the shops. Googled luggage storage and found scottsdale bag ladies. Saw good reviews and figured I’d give it a shot. Connected with Christie and set a time and place to meet her in old town. She was right on time, gave us suggestions on places to go and see and was back again later in the day right on time. So easy… so friendly. I’ll absolutely connect with her again when we are back in town. I love to support businesses like this … what a great and helpful idea!!! Don’t hesitate to trust your luggage storage with her!

Where do I begin! From the start, Christe was beyond accommodating and her communication was incredible. She arranged for an extra bus to take our luggage and she was going to drive us to Old Town from the airport. Unfortunately, we had to make an emergency landing in Oklahoma and ultimately didn't need her service. However, she offered to run an errand for us so we wouldn't have to rush and do it once we arrived and dropped the items off when we finally got to our Airbnb! I couldn't recommend her enough!

Christie was amazing to work with. She personally managed the schedules of 3 separate flights to track us all down and provided both transportation and baggage storage services. We had no other alternative to hold our luggage and golf bags for 4+ hours until we could check in to our Airbnb, and I’m so happy that led us to Christie. Will definitely be utilizing her service again.

I would 100% recommend Scottsdale Bag Ladies for anyone traveling to Scottsdale! Christe was so accommodating for our group of 15 and so helpful before, during, and after our trip! Highly recommend If you’re looking for somewhere to store your bags for the day. We realized last minute that our checkout was super early and our flight was late so we didn’t want to lug our bags around all day. We reached out to Christe last minute and she was so quick to respond! The customer service was amazing! They were super flexible with accommodating us for both pick up and drop off. Not only did they store our bags for us but Jake even picked us up from In & Out on his way to drop our bags off at the airport.
