Service is excellent from beginning to end. Same day service, a thorough review of car maintenance with suggested repairs. Everyone working with courtesy and efficiency while the snack bar provided snacks while waiting. If waiting for repair was lengthy, they provided an opportunity for a ride home and offered to be picked up when repairs were completed. They also honor veterans with a service discount for repairs done. Very good experience as a customer.

I was an out of town traveler with car trouble. Luckily I was close to this service department. They were kind and considerate and able to squeeze me in to what appeared to be a very busy service department. They were able to fix my car so I could get home, and make me aware of a couple of other potential concerns about my vehicle. The people were wonderful and honest. If this is how they treat their normal customers, they are very lucky. Highly recommend their department.

I recently took my car to Saratoga Honda for routine maintenance and a car detail and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming and on the ball.

I loved that the technician sent me a well thought out video explaining everything that they were doing during my service. This added touch is a complete game changer for the customer experience!

My car was basically singing, Shine Bright Like a Diamond, when I picked her up! The full detail on my car was amazing and I was honestly jealous as I’ve never had as great a spa day as she did! Even a week later my boyfriend was still complimenting the tire shine!

They really care about their customers and their vehicles. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future service and detail needs and will be recommending Saratoga Honda to all my friends and family.

Jessica H was friendly and professional, and Dwight did a phenomenal job removing the dents and buffing the scrap on my front bumper, and now it’s like the dents were never there and the scrap is barely noticeable but will be gone once I have the paint touched up. Going with Saratoga Honda to have the work done was definitely a great choice. If it were possible, I would give more than a 5-star rating for this particular service visit.

My wife and I are always impressed by the professionalism and it being a very nice physical environment! Very nice wait area with coffee, tea soft drinks and snacks to boot! Service reps always explain everything in details before any repair work. Oil and filter jobs done correct so we are worry free about our vehicle. Great efficiency from start to finish. The service department provided a thorough review of their findings during the NYS inspection, which was very helpful. My 2015 CRV has held up very well, but there was some needed maintenance found, as expected. I didn’t feel pressured to have any additional service done. I did have a reasonable discussion with the service representative which helped me make my decisions. No complaints from me!
