I researched luggage and selected Samsonite for their warranty and commitment to performance and durability. The handle broke after the first flight. I filed a claim and took the piece to the their recommended repair shop confident Samsonite would honor their warranty. Samsonite refused the claim. I purchased this suitcase to replace one that lasted 25 years without issue. I still have it but was excited to use what I thought was an upgrade. Do not trust the Samsonite’s warranty, quality or durability.

I came into this store today because I saw luggage that appeared to be the ideal size of what I needed. Luggage is expensive but you have to pay for quality when you travel as much as I do. The luggage that caught my eye had another luggage in front of it which was also the next size I needed. In total, I need 3 suitcase ranging from 32in and down no smaller than a 24in. Ralph greeted me as I walked in and asked what was I was looking for. I explained to him. He mentioned that they didn't have any luggage over 30in and guided me towards two luggage’s that were on sale. 2pcs set for $150. Me considering because they were bigger luggage and I’m extremely pressed for time. I was about to proceed with purchasing the 2 on sale and another large 28in separately because I'm getting ready to travel Hong Kong on business to 2 months tomorrow morning. Until, I over heard your associate introducing the same bag that initially caught my eye as I was walking by and mentioned that it was the largest bag they have which is 30in. I walked over towards the area like I should have when I walked into the store but I was confident in the associate guiding me towards what I was looking for. I mentioned. "oh you do have luggage that's at least 30in”. He didn't say anything and continued selling to the other customer. 5/20 between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. I don't want to pull the race card but I was definitely stereotyped and not treated with equality. I stood there just to hear the perks of the luggage so that I can spend my money elsewhere with a company who will value my money. Also, the luggage is tasteful and stylish for me as I will be flying first class. The luggage was $600 so I assumed he believe I couldn't afford it because again I don’t want to throw the race card in there but realistically that's exactly what it was. Ralph didn't ask where I was traveling or anything else that I would need. Thank you Ralph for my first experience with Samsonite inside of the outlet located in Woodstock. I will spread the word to others to never shop at this company unless they want to be discriminated against.

I paid $200 plus dollars for a bag that’s had so many problems (opens by itself, all scratched up after one trip, looks wore out already). I thought given the premium price that service would be premium. The customer service said once it’s used that’s it. I even asked to pay more for a more premium one and I was denied. I only buy from stores that go above and beyond (where they don’t need to do something but they choose to) like Amazon and Home Depot. What a cheap feeling experience.

They’ve got really nice luggage that we probably spent way too much money on. I was perfectly fine with packing clothes in my old duffel bag, but my wife said we needed real suitcases. I don’t even own a suit, and if I did, why would I need a case for it? Whatever. Five stars from me.

Large selection of luggage at very reasonable prices. The airline ripped one of our pieces of luggage on trip to Marietta. Thank goodness our hotel was near the outlet mall and we found this store. So we found the perfect replacement to repack our clothes for our trip home!
