Everyone in the process was a pleasure to deal with. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a no pressure experience. I came back multiple times to look at the truck, and every time Keegan was more than happy to help me look at the truck without pressure on making a decision. The finance manager Forrest was a pleasure to deal with once we bought the truck. He showed us options on financing and warranties, and left the decisions completely up to us, with no pressure on add ons. As a customer located in New York, I was initially hesitant about buying a vehicle online, but Jay and Evan made the process seamless and stress-free.

The car was exactly as described—if not better—and arrived in immaculate condition, with low mileage and no surprises. Jay and Evan were incredibly professional, patient, and attentive, answering all my questions and addressing every concern I had. That said, I do feel it’s important to mention someone by the name of Bart. Unfortunately, my interaction with Bart was extremely disappointing. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and he even hung up on me during a phone call. His condescending behavior nearly caused me to walk away from the deal. Bart is a bad reputation for your company, and interactions like this can seriously undermine the otherwise stellar service provided by Jay and Evan.

However, because of Jay and Evan’s exceptional service and professionalism, I’m giving this dealership a well-deserved 5-star review. To the management at S&K Buick GMC: you have two outstanding salesmen in Jay and Evan, who are a credit to your team. But I strongly recommend addressing the issues with Bart, as his behavior can drive away future customers and damage your reputation.

Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty, transparency, and stellar service—especially if you’re buying remotely. Jay and Evan, keep up the amazing work! You’ve earned a loyal customer.
