Bought a bike there, brought it in for service after not being able to figure put a problem myself and they held it for a week without even looking at it. Was told they wouldn't work on it because I had wiring harnesses unplugged. Took it to a local guy who had it running in a day.

I purchased a 1979 Suzuki RM125 for a reunion ride with vintage motocross bikes at a track I raced at over 40 years ago. I promised my wife I would not get hurt, so I googled motocross equipment and as I started reading reviews, I knew Joanne at RPM was who I need to talk to. I have been out of motocross racing for 45 years and everything has changed since I rode. I missed Joanne when I visited for the first time, but Roger the owner yelled into the shop for Matt to help me with some gear. At first I thought this 21 year old guy is not going to give me good advice on what to get. After talking to Matt for less than a few minutes, I knew this was the right guy. I asked Matt "do you race motocross" ? He smiled and yep, not long after I could walk, I've been riding and racing. After telling Matt what I was doing, and seeing how interested in this vintage bike and the reunion ride he was, I knew he would be the one I was going to trust with this project. Finding parts for a 44 year old bike is not an easy task. Matt found everything he need to get me back on a dirt bike. Could not be happier with Matt and Roger. Their passion and professionalism is in everything they do. Could not give a higher recommendation for this shop, and this coming from someone that works in a similar sales and service business. Roger marked a 1972 Yamaha DS7 as pending/sold to me on thanksgiving. I was driving up Saturday to buy it from Connecticut. I skipped out on going on a family trip to NYC with relatives who visited for thanksgiving today to come buy it. Only to see this dude sold it out from under me. I said I would buy it in full 2 days ago, I offered a deposit, I asked multiple times “so this won’t be sold out from under me correct?”.

Absolutely horrible. Roger you are a genuinely bad person. A whole day wasted driving up here for it, and a day wasted I had planned on being with family I rarely see. Over this bike. You’re a total goof.
