Julie was outstanding with her assistance. Sean delivered oxygen and he was very knowledgeable and very personable. I give them 10 stars.
They could sure teach the main number and Roanoke employees how customer service is done. Prior to speaking to Julie had 3 reps hang up on me. And had one rep working from more interested in her kids than assisting me. She did not want take information for delivery of oxygen.

My Oxygen equipment failed me last night. I called Adapt health this morning to request assistance. The individual who answered my call was unable to find any records indicating I was a client. I have been on oxygen since 2014 with another Provider, February 8, 2021 the initial equipment I had Was replaced by Adapt health, and in the meantime, I have been getting my oxygen tubing from Adapt health. I was transferred to the second individual who reviewed the issue with me communicated that she would put in a work order for me. I told her I needed to have whoever responded to call me on my cell phones since I had a hearing deficit before they arrived .t
This afternoon about 3:30 pm I received a call from Will who said he would be here within 10 minutes and he was
Will came in checked the equipment reviewed My experience obtaining the Initial Oxygen, the replacement of that Oxygen equipment and what difficulties I was having at this time
I have never met a service provider who is as professional, kind, and thoughtful in what I felt was a very difficult situation
Will switched out the equipment and then provided me with the education that was needed for my responsibilities and help in keeping the equipment running well I had never been told that the equipment needed maintenance maintenance up keep and therefore just used it all this time without doing anything except changing my oxygen tubing. I am most appreciative for Will taking the time and teaching me . You are most fortunate to have someone of his caliber working for you

James Walter, our set up technician for my husband’s oxygen at home was amazing to work with. We were late for our appt due to discharging from the hospital later than expected & I was able to ask him if he would wait for us through my doorbell camera & he kindly waited for us. He answered all our questions thoroughly & was super nice.

The sales representative came in person and answered questions as well as taught a mini class on how to clean, care for and utilize Mom’s BiPAP machine. She was very thorough! Good service and very caring and personable.

The education was excellent Rebecca at the Roanoke location is super educated and informative. She really took her time with us and showed us everything we needed to know about CPAP machine. The only complaint I have is the hours there open didn't work well with my schedule however it's just a 1 time trip hopefully because I live an hour away.

My sleep tech was awesome, and if it was just in Roberts' hands I'd have 5 stars. But getting to them through AdaptHealth has been a nightmare - hours on the phone with their national line, shipped the wrong equipment to me, and miscommunication from AdaptHealth to Roberts that delayed the process significantly.

Not a very good company to deal with. They never once called me to see if my tanks needed refill for over a year and when I didn't need the tanks anymore they had me staying at home for over week and still never showed up to collect the empty tanks. So they went in the dumpster. Very bad business relations, very bad. I really didn't want to give them even one star.
