Was a patron there for over 20 years, unfortunately that will no longer be the case. I personally saw his employees buying out Target/Walmart of various cards. Been on the end of buying resealed/fake packs and cards. It is a shame that greed finally took him over.

Used to be a great store stuff has gone down hill very fast he mistreats employees sales fake cards resealed packs he has his new employees scalping everything

He also buy a lot of his merchandise from temu ali express then marks up prices he has fired really good employees that worked there for years for unfair reasons aka contrasting termination it

Shifty. Buys out the local Pokemon retail (Target, etc) then fills his shelves with overpriced by as much a 3x. Imagine.... you can get MSRP 59$ Elite Trainer boxes at Target *if they were available,* but they've already bought them and will let you have them for 168.99$

You can watch the Rick's employees line up at Target on restock days. They should be in a TikTok video.

Never actually bought anything from in here, but I can speak on rude customer service. I get it, you're not a change machine, but your store is located right in front of kids rides. I went in once to get change for a dollar, no issues. My mom, went in for the same thing and was treated really rudely. Maybe put up a sign if you don't want to do it anymore, but no need to be rude to her. I don't think it had anything to do with race, as it seems every one of every race has been treated bad, but get it together. I liked a few things in there, being an anime fan myself, but I don't like when my family is mistreated.

Well, I'm never going to visit this store again. Rick tried scamming me, like he's doing to a ton of his customers, like with the Marvel Legends Falcon and the Winter Soldier Captain America shield that he has in his window for $180, $80 over MSRP while it's still available elsewhere.

But my example comes from his Burning Godzilla figure that he had priced at $130. I asked him about trading an extra of the shield listed above that I had been sent when I ordered mine, and he offered 50% MSRP, even towards the Godzilla figure. I asked him if he could go lower, since I had seen it online for $90. Rick had the AUDACITY to try telling me, a collector, that his stuff is priced at MSRP.

So I'm leaving this review to show everyone the price he has his figure at, the MSRP from the makers of the figure themselves, and the $90 pricetag where you can actively get it elsewhere, shipped and sold by Amazon. Rick, I've been a long time customer, but no more. You've lost my faith, and I would rather pay the scalper price than to shop at your store any more. I'll probably get a better price from the scalper.
