Dealt with Jonathan Klein, over the phone. Jonathan couldn’t be there to show me the sled the day I was planning to come in. Whined at me over the phone to come in on a different day so he wouldn’t lose his commission check. I asked if someone would be there to sell me the sled and Jonathan informed me yes there would be.

When I went into the dealership I dealt with Jeremy the ag salesman. Sled initially couldn’t be found, it was eventually found in a back warehouse, covered in dust, buried behind pallets, and shoved into pallet racking.

Could not finalize a deal because Jeremy didn’t know exact figures for a few different pieces of the purchase. Jeremy informed me if I wanted to put money down it would be refundable since exact numbers and deal hadn’t been worked out. Being told my money would be refunded should something not work out I put cash down on the sled. Jeremy prints out a receipt crediting money and the tentative price of the sled. States he made a note in the system of a refundable deposit.

Call Jonathan 2 days later. Jonathan verbally expresses he is annoyed Jeremy didn’t complete the sale. Jonathan won’t be in office for another few days.

4 days later Jonathan calls. Discuss a few items, Jonathan emails me some more info. I ask if money can be taken off price of warranty. Jonathan emails back “let me see”.

4 days later haven't heard from Jonathan so I called. Jonathan still hasn’t found out on warranty price. Has to call me back.

Calls me back and laughs at me saying they can’t take money off the warranty price. I ask if a belt can be compensated for since warranty price cannot change. Jonathan sneers and snaps at me “no we can’t just throw a belt in”. Infuriated with the way I am being talked to I state “I am not impressed by any of this”. Jonathan immediately gets defensive. Disgusted with the way I am being treated I hang up. There is no way I am going to tolerate this treatment. I call different dealership to purchase a sled.

Later I call Jonathan and tell him the deal is off, I am buying elsewhere, and he can send me my refundable deposit.

Short while later Jonathan calls me back wanting to know why deal is off. I inform Jonathan I am not going to tolerate being mistreated. Jonathan admits to having talked down and laughed at me. Jonathan proceeds to tell me how great of a person he is and if we met in person I would probably like him, an absolutely bizarre way to talk to someone you’ve just offended. Proceeds to tell me “we don’t usually refund deposits, but since you were told it would be refundable, and you’re not buying a sled from us because of the way you were treated, I’ll just have to run it by the boss but we can get you your money back.”

11 days later nothing has come from Jonathan. Call him. Changing his story, snickering again, tells me a refund won’t be given because I am buying a sled elsewhere. Disregarding the way he had been disrespectful and the prior information I had been given about my deposit. Didn’t even have the decency to reach out to tell me he was changing his story. Ask for his manager's information.

Call and give manager my side of things. Manager agrees stories line up with Jonathan’s. Manager is still not willing to give refund. I inform him Jeremy had told me my deposit would be refundable. Manager’s only response is “He shouldn’t have told you that” and is not willing to honor what I had been told. Manager then states refunds are only for extenuating circumstances. Apparently being disrespected and lied too multiple times do not count as extenuating circumstances for a refund. Manager instead offers discount off Skidoo merchandise, as if that somehow makes any of this situation right.

Save your brain damage, time, and money. Do not do business with these liars, crooks, and thieves.

Had a perfect experience with Jake and Trever. I’ve got an old ford 1710 tractor that had a hydraulic leak and they made sure to take care of me at a fair price for the parts and work that needed to be done. Even on top of the work they were paid to do, they made sure to grease all joints of my tractor and top off all fluids and make sure every nut and bolt were snug, can not recommend these guys enough to help you out with any tractor needs!
