I took my 1942 buick with a mild LS2 build in for a tune. They had great comunication via test through the entire process. Pictures, videos, messages showing progress. They identified a misalignment with my belt system and resolved the issue. The car runs absolutely amazing after the tune! They are very professional and clear about the work they are doing! Highly recomend!

Guys where super nice and let me know what was going on the hole time. I think there price was fair for working on a corrvette those cars can be a pain. Had small hickup and the crew went above and beyond to get all worked out right. Will diffently keep doing business with these guy. And they are an hour and half drive each way for me

As long time clients of B & , it would be understandable for one to be a little apprehensive about a change in ownership. However, Bobby and his team allayed all concern with their straightforward assessment of any problem and explanation of needs and options.

Further, a rarity in this business, if they are unsure of the problem ir solution, they make the necessary referral to another facility .

Their client contact and communication is second to none.

If you want to have everything new in your vehicle I think that you would be okay bringing your vehicle in for it to get work done. This is from my own personal experiences with these guys, they are all decently nice and fairly respectful.

When speaking to them about your vehicle they do seem very uninterested at times and almost annoyed.

I personally first brought in my 2003 Silverado that I had just put a cam in to get a tune and some additional work on when they told me the engine was no good, within the hour I told them I had the engine, they had it in and done in less than 2 days.

Now here’s where my discrepancies lie, recently I brought in an F-350 that is actually a work truck for my company, they told me that they had done a compression test and that they had cleaned our o2 sensor and made sure they were reading correctly.
We got the truck back from them and it immediately went to another shop. When the next shop put it on the lift while I was there so I could see other damages that we had, manifolds, I couldn’t help but notice the 1-2in layer of dirt around every o2 sensor.
So as the average person I checked my bill, it wasn’t on there, okay no problem but it got me thinking so today the new shop finally got to the compression test. When I got the call today that the cylinder we were having problems with has a vastly different compression compared to what I was told by B&R.
So with all this new information I have to consider wether I really needed to drop $4,000 on an engine because the told me it had no compression. I’m not saying that they are bad people or that they’re bad at their jobs.
They have just lost my trust and I would suggest second opinions before you replace something on their word.

Edit:
As I stated before the people of B&R in my opinion are all very good at their jobs!!!

At B&R the f-350 all cylinders had compression from what they stated yes. We picked the truck up from B&R and then took it straight to another shop where I with my own eyes confirmed that cylinder 8 had 24lbs of compression. Out of 3 shops only B&R had compression in cylinder 8.

Silverado- the engine was actually only $250 but by the time I had you guys put it in it cost about $4,000. How much it cost isn’t the problem, the problem lays in the fact that as it is from my stand point it looks like you’ve lied to my face twice with the compression of cylinder 8 and the o2 sensors. If it looks like someone lied to you twice as it is would you really feel confident in their other work?

Now onto legal actions and my accused slander. I wasn’t trying to slander you or defame you or create problems. This is just me stating how I felt about the services I received, which is what I kind of thought google reviews are for. If I’m mistaken please let me know. I very clearly stated that I wasn’t saying that you are bad people or bad at your jobs.

If you still feel that I am slandering you after this edit I apologize. If it truly is slander I can remove my review.

Once again I am not trying to slander you. If you cannot comprehend what I’m saying please give me a call.

Once again I sincerely apologize and promise that I never had any intentions of slander.

Now let me summarize everything in one go I have evidence(from another shop) that what I was told wasn’t correct (o2 sensors and cylinder 8 compression) so yes I’m second guessing the work that was done to my personal truck.

Disappointing Experience with a Reputable Shop

I had high expectations when contacting this shop due to their strong reputation in the community. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. When I called for assistance, the person on the other end seemed disinterested from the start. Instead of taking the time to ask relevant questions or understand my needs, I was hurried off the phone, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

For a shop of this caliber, I expected a more professional and thorough approach. Good customer service isn’t just about completing jobs but also about communication and taking the time to listen. Sadly, I didn’t get that here. I understand that shops can be busy, but there’s no excuse for dismissing potential customers without first making an effort to help. It was a disappointing experience, and I’m left questioning whether I’d want to trust my vehicle to a business that doesn’t prioritize customer care.
