Turned my boots in almost 2 months ago to get new soles and to get them cleaned up. The gentleman behind the counter said 5 weeks at most. I need these boots to protect my feet at work. I still don't have them. 3 stars because they are good boots. Would have been 5 if the customer service was better.

I went in to look for a comfortable boot for work and within 15 minutes I had a pair that fit perfectly and were very comfortable. The guy that helped me did the measurements on my feet and only showed me the boots that fit the work load that I described to him. I will definitely be back in the future for all my business.

Got some great work boots. The person there was so helpful in clarifying the differences in certain boots. I needed a hard toe and they have steel, nonmetal composite and insulated. And they got my mesurment and I tried on a few pairs. I was not there that long, and got exactly what I needed.

Service was below par. I ordered boots in store Saturday. I was told my boots would be to me within 3 to 4 days I called for tracking numbers couldn’t get a tracking number. I was hung up cussed and lied to by three individuals at the store for trying to track down a pair of $300 boots I purchased the boots are great the customer service and the employees need better training or different jobs by far the worst in-store experience ever I would highly not recommend this store until new employees are brought in

Went in to find a pair of steel toed boots for work. The staff were super helpful and found a great pair of boots for me. They even gave me a 10% discount for my employer.

After 2 months the boots are still doing great! And looking perfect! Super comfy. 10/10
