Quality tire took the time to issue I was a happy customer. I had a broken stud after getting new tires put on. When the issue was brought up they immediately offered to remedy the problem. I am very pleased with the customer service at quality tire. I will definitely be coming here for my tire services again.

Tires were decently priced for install and warranty however staff seems dismissive and only one or two can keep it professional without seeming aggravated. Took one and a half days to weld a cracked rim which is OK but they forgot to rotate tire’s. I don’t know if office isn’t listening or if techs are just slapping out work with no oversight.

These guys ordered my tires (atypical tire size) and got me in the next day. I showed up 15m before my appointment and they had me out in 45m! The price is cheaper and the tire warranty is longer than at competing company.

They had my tires in stock and apparently they are hard to find! I had to take my car to the airport in Chicago to catch an international flight and they got me in and out same day quick and easy. Reasonable prices.
