Terrific, special auto repair shop prioritizes the customer through superb service, expertise and honest assessments. Danny and his team maintain an operation that services both domestic and imports. I have entrusted my Cayenne to their care and completely trust it's maintenance to the Pit Shop crew. Deana at the front greets all with a smile. And the transparency of visuals from entry to a waiting area (free H2O, coffee and light snack) with an observation window of work bays prove to the discerning customer that processes are clear. Trust is critical in this era of scepticism and The Pit Shop has proven to manage its operation with impeccable efficiency and supportive customer care.

I had several issues with my 16 year old Toyota pickup, two different leaks and brakes wearing out. The Pit Shop evaluated the problems diagnosed them correctly and made repairs all the while keeping me updated on their progress. I was given a loaner car to drive while repairs were being done. It has been several months since the work was done and everything is still good. I am very satisfied with the service done at the Pit Shop and their staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

Absolute top tier service. Came here to get my car get some serious work done. After receiving a quote from them, I double checked in other locations and knew I was getting a good deal.

Some months passed by and there was an oil leak rising from the parts that were replaced, and Put Shop covered the entire repair as it was still under warranty. No hassle at all.

Furthermore, I want to thank Alex for helping me deal with Costco Tire repair service (Costco damaged my vehicle while doing a tire rotation). Alex ensured I received some kind of compensation, as he was patient to talk to them of the damages that were done.

All in all, I put my trust in The Pit Shop and all its employees. And as a bonus, I always get cookies from them 🙂 10/10

2024: The Pit Shop continues to provide great customer service as well as excellent and quality work. I had an issue recently. They were dedicated to finding out what I was experiencing with multiple test drives until they felt what I was complaining about
and then promptly fixed it. .
Haven’t had that issue since.

This is my experience in 2002: Excellent customer experience as always. They are thorough with repairs, and I’ve never felt like I’m being taken advantage of. I’ve been getting car repairs done at The Pit Shop since 2019, and will continue taking my car there. I’m 100% happy each time

if there was 0 stars, i would give it. I brought my car in several times in the past 2 weeks for a part to be installed. They never updated me throughout the day until 8 hours later saying they weren't able to do it because a technician wasn't there. this is unacceptable. brought it in a week later for the same reason they reassured me they would get it done and did not after waiting again 7 hours. do not recommend this place to anyone..

Brought a ECU from me on eBay to repair a customers car then filed a claim to only return to me a ECU cut out of a junkyard car claiming it was the one they won on eBay. Seem like a shady way of handling not only customer cars but ripping off sellers on eBay, BEWARE OF THIS SHOPS ETHIC. What he sent back was the first set of 3 pics..... what was sold was the last 3 set of pics.

Had work done under warranty. Set an appointment, took the car in, they checked for other issues as well. Got my car back in less than 48 hrs. And some cookies. Lol. They do a great job.
