If you're in the market for a new toy Pilson Powersports is the place to go. Hands down the most seamless experience I've had at a powersports dealer. No freight fees! No set-up fees! The price is the price! Brody Miller was my salesman and he was excellent! He was transparent and straightforward from the very first phone call. Another young man I believe his name was Corbin welcomed us shortly after we walked in the door and he was awesome too! They have earned my future business for sure.

They like to play the price haggle game… They talk about NO BS no hassle prices on their website, even tell you verbally that the can do better on price then what is is listed since its a used machine. I asked tie their best price and they just give me full price figures. I asked again what is your lowest offer and I can say yes or no. Salesman refused and said I had to give him an offer to take to their sales manager to see if they would accept. I am not interested in the haggle game were we go back and forth over 300-500 dollars. They offered a lower price then list but refused what that is they are willing to accept. Understand they need to make a profit, but that is where they have the opportunity to set that price they are willing to accept.. its simple then, I say yes or no. Instead i get a series of text messages from sales refusing to talk to their sales manager..

The last text from the salesmen was “salesmen do not negotiate, customers do”

Just deliver 2 can am units for them. 30 min unloading time.
Show up a day before my appointment at 445pm. Luckily, they will take me, but it didn't happen. 😅 I guess they close at 5 pm. Anyway
I was sent to Little Warehouse over at 2120 Marshall rd.
I was available to spend the night on their lot.
Don't forget to call them and let them know you there. They'll forget about you next day. (Call # from google Maps)

My husband and I found an atv at another local dealership, and when we arrived with check in hand, there’s was suddenly $1200 in additional fees tacked on. We left quite upset. I searched for atvs nearby since we planned on coming home with one, and Pilson Powersports came up. I searched their site, found what we wanted, and called Travis. I asked for the out the door price and he let me know right then they don’t have “freight fees.” We headed his way. Travis was kind, professional, and transparent through the entire process. Will 200% recommend. We ended the day feeling super excited and cannot wait to gift our son his first atv, a 2024 Can-Am Renegade, for Christmas! Thank you, Travis!

Great place to purchase from. I got a great deal and they are super friendly. Answered all my questions and allowed me to test drive a few different machines so I could find the right fit for me. Travis "The Mustache Man" is amazing to work with and seems to be an all around great guy. With that being said I had to edit this review. Josh the maintenance man is a joke! Took my machine in for warranty work on the 4th day. He said it wasn't covered and that I owed them $180 for fixing nothing. I called Yamaha and they said they had not even contacted them about the issue. Went to pick up machine and Josh and I had words. In the midst of which he called me a liar. I did not end up getting charged. However parted ways on less than positive terms. He definitely just cost them a motorcycle sale for my son that I was coming back for as well as my buddies kids four-wheelers.

This place went out of their way to help me find what I wanted then worked with me on price to get me into the atv I wanted .
My salesman name was jeff Hopper and I highly recommend anyone ask for him.. he is the one who made my sale happen.. thanks jeff
