I had a recall at the Honda dealership set for 10:30 and I got there early and was taken immediately. Erica was my service rep and she was excellent! She did a full inspection inside, outside and under the hood. Erica has been my rep twice and always strives for excellence. I was greeted by name as soon as I arrived for my service appointment. My service guy informed me that I had two recalls and they would only take an hour and thirty minutes. He came in the waiting room several times to check on me. Service was completed in the estimated time given. Waiting area was very comfortable and clean. The staff was so nice and accommodating.

Pensacola Honda service was excellent today! The staff were very courteous and friendly. Our service representative Angela was very helpful. We had four tires replaced, transmission service, a fuel pump recall taken care of along with a four wheel alignment. The car drove great after the service! They provided shuttle service over to the mall so we wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. Both shuttle drivers were fantastic people and we enjoyed talking with both of them on the short ride to the mall and back. Overall top notch experience! Thanks!

Rich has been so helpful every time I visit for routine oil changes and will go over any additional vehicle concerns comprehensively, before letting me decide whether to add extra maintenance to the list. Always exceptional service experience. Last week I had some concerns do to snow damaged part on my 2024 Civic, I spoke to Richard Lord (Service Advisor) Rich told me to bring the car in at my conveneince. Yesterday I arrived at their spotless service facility without appointment. Upon my arrival Rich had my car in a service bay, repaired the part long story short I was on my way shortly thereafter once again as a happy customer, my concerns and questions addressed. "Well done Rich and Pensacola Honda"
