We had a wonderful experience at Patriot Honda. Lexie was excellent to work with and helped us so much! She was very attentive and gave so much attention to our wants and needs as a growing family. We hadn't bought a car in several years and was a little nervous as to where to start. Lexie made us feel so comfortable and everyone was so welcoming and helpful there! On March 26,2025 I went to test drive a 2023 vehicle listed for $25,957. I asked for a quote to finance vehicle and one to buy it outright for cash. To buy it outright for cash was $2000 more than advertised price on their website. The price listed was only if you went with their financing, which implies to me that they are getting a nice kickback from their finance company. I had mentioned a local credit union and they don't use them ( they have a great rate ). The Patriot Package for $1995 was on both quotes even though I said I did not want it. I came home and called another dealership that said this has been the aggressive new marketing to get buyers in the doors for sometime now. This dealership was purchased by a larger company last year. The salesman has been there for decades, nice man. I think this marketing is shameful and shady. I went on March 28 to
a larger city and marketing area and purchased a vehicle. Definitely would not recommend this dealership.

Had a recall on my CR-V's fuel pump, and also needed the usual oil change and tire rotation done. Stopped in a couple of Fridays ago to set this up, and was very pleased with the service. Very nice people, and no problems whatsoever with what was done.

My wife and I initially came to Patriot and traded our vehicle for a red 2023 Pilot and after having it for a week we decided to ask about returning it in favor of a silver 2023 Pilot. What a fantastic experience it was. Ryan went over and above for us as did Austin, our salesman and the rest of the crew, including Chris and the General Manager Glen. Manny was patient with us in the finance department and Sara, in the service department was so very nice and helpful. We had a super nice conversation with Bill Lucas, the seasoned veteran and the whole experience was much different than we are accustomed to, where car dealers are concerned. My wife and I both got the impression that this dealership is being operated by a group of Christian individuals who love to help put the public in great automobiles at a very fair price. We couldn't be happier and you will be too if you choose Patriot Motors Honda of Danville for your next automobile purchase. Keep up the great work.

Bought a 16' Ram from them and unfortunately a warranty that "covers everything but maintenance" it had a check engine light from the start but easy fix, fuel pressure sensor. They said they would take care of it and pay my warranty deductible and to just call sales and they would set up the appointment. Next day i noticed a tick checked the exhaust manifold and the rear bolts were broken. Informed them of it. Took an entire month of calling back and forth between sales and service to get it set up. They sent it to the dodge dealer they had it for a week before patriot sent over the warranty info that they were supposed to send them and me because they didn't give me the paperwork when I bought it, I've asked for 3 times now and they have never sent it. I finally called the dodge dealer and gave then my info so I could get updates. They called me back and the warranty wasn't covering the labor of replacing the manifold, the expensive part and only a portion of the price of the manifold. I finally got patriot to pay the dodge dealers diag fee and just went and got my truck. They had my truck for a month. On top of that they screwed up my loan and had the wrong interest rate, screwed up my plates, as well as my title paperwork. So multiple trips to them almost an hour from my house. Complete waste of my time and gas.
I was also told they had a 3 month/3k mile warranty on all their vehicles and was told my repairs weren't covered by that.
They did give me a loaner vehicle. It also had check engine light and low tire pressure. How a dealer can put vehicles out on their lot with lights on the dash in the first place is baffling. I worked at a dealer in the passed and the manager would have lost his shit if a customer got into a car with lights on the dash let alone 2.

I called before making a 80 mile drive to look at a car. They said they had it. When I arrived I was told that it had been sold . Then they proceeded to ask if they could price something else for me. Really! Very diseptive dealership. Claim they have it just to get you in the door. Will not be purchasing a car from here.

Landen was our salesman, and he did a great job selling us my car on 8/30. However, 3 months into this lease, and I still don't have my plate or registration. Tomorrow (Thanksgiving) is the last day to legally drive my car because of a clerical error on their part. Two weeks ago (11/13), someone called and made it seem like they needed more info from us. My husband returned the call and tried calling back several times, also leaving messages with reception (which we know she was passing along, so this isn't on her either) and on this person's voicemail. I emailed an office manager on 11/22, stating that I didn't know who exactly to contact. No response. My husband then talked to a salesman on 11/23 who promised to get ahold of him the following business day when they opened, and you guessed it again, nothing. Paperwork was apparently overnighted to the Title company on 11/26....two days before the current plate expires. What's been going on for the last 90 days? I know what I was doing-paying 3 payments and car insurance on a car that I won't even be able to drive after tomorrow. Also, we were promised an email early afternoon on 11/27 with an affidavit for us to print off to keep in the vehicle in case we are pulled over. Pissed off, I called 3 hours after that supposed email should've been sent, and I was reassured it would be sent as soon as something was uploaded? We still haven't received anything as of the end of the day on 11/27. I don't know who dropped the ball initially, the title company, or the finance department, but it's ridiculous. This is a BUSINESS!!! Act like it. So, yeah, it's a great place if you want customer service and communication to go out the window once you're stuck in at least a three year deal with them. 2027 can't come soon enough.

Great experience here at Patriot Honda in Danville.
We limped in from Colorado with our Honda Accord and they diagnosed a bad fuel pump!
Ordered it that day and had us back on the road by noon the next day!
A special shout out to the service advisor, Sarah Smith, who was a tremendous help!
