I purchased a Moose Kickstand for my 2002 KTM 520EXC. The bike was a basket case when I bought it in non-running condition. I spent all winter rebuilding the bike and getting it just right. The last part i purchased and installed to get me to 100% mark was a Moose Kickstand. Sadly, the kickstand failed after being in service approximately a week.

The Kickstand failed dropping my bike in the parking lot of my office. Parts Giant is willing to return my money after I send in the failed Kickstand, once they recieve it.

However, they declined to send replacement parts for the damaged components or compensate me the $50-75 in damages sustained as a result of the fall. The sum total of damage was the clutch side hand guard cover and the hand guard bar mount near the triple clamp (threads pulled out).

Parts Giant won't stand behind the products they sell. This was my first and final experience as a customer of Parts Giant.

Update: I worked with Moose and PartsGiant, both won't fix the damages to my motorcycle. I will be filing suit in small claims court. Their customer service is a joke. Avoid doing business with these Jokers.

I placed my order on Ebay on May 23. I contact them three times after one week and they said it would ship that afternoon and tracking would be available by 7pm. 7pm came and no tracking and no movement from my item . Finally May 30 it said shipped and when I check it was delivered to a different address. I asked customer service if they could fix it and no answer. I do not recommend this place and I will never shop here again.

I ordered a stator from this place to be sent to the shop of the guy that was working on my bike. I paid for the order in full with a card, I was sent an order confirmation that said it would be shipped the following business day. The next day I get a call asking did I place an order I replied YES, the caller then went on to question me about why am I sending this to another address to which I responded that I am an over the road truck driver my bike is being worked on and I want the part sent to the guy that's fixing my bike. (What sense would it make to have a part sitting on my porch for two or three weeks waiting for me to come home) The person on the phone asked me for a business name so he could "verify" the shipping & I told him there is no business name , I gave the address I wanted the part shipped to, i I've paid for it, so please just ship it there. I asked him is that a problem he responded NO & after he hangs up the money is returned to my card and my order is canceled. So I called the 800 number to ask why was my order canceled the guy on the phone said the "system" rejected my order and I need to reorder and pay with PayPal!! I don't not have PayPal so I took my business elsewhere I ordered from J&P cycles used the same shipping address and my part will be arriving this weekend & I also saved $10 by doing so!! Parts giant deserves 0 stars!

I've been working on my motorcycle for a while and anyone who's ever done it knows that other issues will appear once you get started on one. I ran into a major snag with my bike in pieces and needed a part ASAP. My normal sources didn't have it in stock but I saw Parts Giant had it. I noticed at checkout that no express shipping options were available. I bit the bullet and hoped for the best. Next day, I get an email stating my parts was on the way, 2 day Priority Air! Thats what i'm freaking talking about! I'll be giving Parts Giant a first look whenever I need future parts.

BEWARE BEWARE! THEY shipped me the wrong product, which happens - I understand.

The hoops I had to jump thru for them to fix THEIR error were unacceptable. I had to follow up 6 times(!) asking for any sort of correspondence / update, I had to print off the return label and drive it to FedEx in order for them to even initiate the replacement shipment with the parts I’d originally ordered. So now I’m 2-weeks in and still don’t have what I ordered.

Sure, they’re cheap, but like I learned when I was a kid: you get what you pay for!

Spend the extra money and get good service.
