After a month of trying to get an appointment for a tire change they got me in yesterday. I drove 45 minutes to their shop and waited for the work to be done. I then drove all the way home before realizing they put my "directional " tires on backwards. I sent them pictures and they told me they were "multi-directional" tires and that they were correct. After they realized that in fact they were backwards they told me to come back and they would correct them. So I made the 45 minute drive again. I then left and got a mile down the road and my bike was shaking violently in the front so I turned around and took it back. They found the front tire was not seated all the way around so they fixed that. I then returned home and gave my bike a good look over and found the rear brake caliper was put back on incorrectly and the line was in a terrible bind. My chain is also so tight I'm surprised it didn't snap on my way home. I did get all my money refunded but I can not believe how many things were done incorrectly. I will never take another bike back for service and just hope no one gets hurt because of this level of incompetence.

My wife and I decided we were ready to get another bike finally. We checked out Outlaw Motorsports to see if they had anything of interest. Our salesman was Noah and he did a wonderful job selling us the bike, very nice guy, knowledgeable, made sure we got what we wanted and made the buying process a breeze! Colt was great as well and helped us out with getting some gear. Highly satisfied with our experience at Outlaw and will recommend to others!

Today, Aaron helped us with a trade in on my first Enduro 230S. Everyone in this building is super helpful. Not like the snobs in marion. Jk. Lol This is the second bike though that I've bought from Outlaw. Although owned by the same bunch as marion, I've shopped around, and outlaw consistently beats all of the competition. I will keep buying all my gear, after market gear, and service from Outlaw. He's a true asset! I think Aaron deserves a bonus, dinner, AND a ride in your personal Harley boy HELI-chopTER. He likes his steak medium rare (No, that's me.). I'll be upgrading my bikes with Aaron if you promise me that he gets a ride to dinner in the chopper. THANKS Guys!

Fantastic place to buy your toy . I bought a Kawasaki klr 650 and a klx 230. Aaron, is the sales manager No pressure whatsoever very professional and friendly. I could have gone to oasis but outlaw was more down to earth people person.
And definitely come back when you need accessories or parts colt is very knowledgeable and gets the parts you need fast.
I just had new tires put on at oasis cause outlaw was busy and oasis messed it up however I called outlaw and Bobby came through and got me in and was able to balance my wheels perfectly.the mechanic was Robert and Dominic.
No doubt about it. For my next bike or any parts or repairs I’m coming here.
Update on September 14 2023 I traded my motorcycle for a new Kawasaki z900rs at outlaw and it was a deal that I couldn’t pass up.

I bought my girlfriend a motorcycle yesterday. Fast, excellent service, nice clean facility, great selection, friendly staff, purchase was quick and easy with Aaron at the lowest interest rate I’ve ever seen anywhere else. 1.95%! We will be back again, but they should order more Outaw Motorsports shirts to throw in with the deal.

Had a wonderful experience at outlaw Motorsports. We was looking for the new 2023 Honda rubicon 4x4 DCT EPS Deluxe, we live in kentucky and I called 20-30 shops from kentucky, Tennessee, and ohio. No where had the rubicon deluxe in stock EXCEPT Outlaw Motorsports. I was scrolling on marketplace and seen a listing for the 2023 rubicon at outlaw Motorsports and communicated with Isiah about the rubicon. He answered all my questions. I informed him we lived 4:30 hours away and asked if it sold before we got there to let me know. He offered to let me pay a $50 deposit to hold the machine until we got there. Great people, very friendly. They had a good selection of four wheelers, Side by sides, dirt bikes etc. We will definitely be back for a side by side and I’m sure more four wheelers for the kids.
