Reached out to Chad directly upon seeing an ad and communication was great from the start. Dealership was great to work with and Chad even had the paperwork completed once we arrived. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Definitely worth the 4.5 hour trip to pick up our new Polaris General.

I bought a new 2024 yamaha side by side from oasis powerboats 2 month ago. I live 3 hrs away when I arrived the side by side was being serviced and while in doing paperwork they loaded it on trailer for me. When I got it home I loaded off trailer. I noticed sticky residue on radiator cover and sidedoors some at dealership tried scrapping it off with something sharp and scratch up the cover and doors . I called the dealership and they said they would send replacement parts . I've called and texted my sales person they won't respond or return calls.but everyone there was friendly.

Update!! Well they left a msg on the bottom of my review so I decided to give them the benefit of just one call going wrong. Maybe there site was just messed up on one side by side. So I called again almost two weeks later. They where supper nice again on the phone(all salesmen should be) call I asked about a side by side on the web site the guy said he had it in and asked about my information. Everything was going well until I said I wanted out the door price. He ask if I was paying cash or credit. When I said cash he acted completely different and gave me a number 4-5k more then the web site. I read some of the other reviews and found what’s going on. They hide all the charges in the financing so most people that buy here think they are getting advertise price. If you do I strongly recommend you don’t buy here but if you do and you finance please do the math before you sign. Monthly payments times how many months you are financing. That is the true cost of dealing with sleaze balls that hide cost so you think your getting a good deal.

They put stuff cheap on web site but it’s a fake it’s been sold out for weeks. They keep it on the site to push traffic to the store in hopes to get you to buy something else.

I had an extremely great and smooth experience with Oasis. Q, one of their service managers was a huge help to me and I am glad he answered my called because he was a huge help. John Reed was very helpful and made the closing sale quick, smooth, and painless. They cut me a deal and were willing to negotiate on the price and other dealerships had no interest in negotiations. I would recommend these guys.
