Was given the company information by a friend and said they did good work. Now given they may do fantastic work with replacing windows but my job along with another done on the same day in the same parking lot were very unsatisfactory. Set up appointments for two trucks that each had 2 similar chips on each front window. Phone call was nice very friendly and quick to set up the appointment. Appointment came service tech showed up on time and was very friendly. I left the technician to repair the chips in the window so they were none visible or in the hopes of being less visible. I wasn't able to get a before picture but do have the after picture of my truck. After looking over the window which had the same damage if not more damage in appearance. I asked the technician and he said that the window wouldn't be completely fixed and that it was only a preventative so the window doesn't spider out. I then asked if I just needed to get the window replaced and he informed me that it wouldn't be fixed completely. The other truck was similar but the window did appear to be a little more "fixed" than my personal vehicles window but still very visible. I would suggest if it isn't going to cost an arm and a leg change out the wind do not go with a repair through this company. The picture is of the after repair which now looks like super glue was added to my windshield. Maybe I would get a window changed with this company but definitely not a repair. I was under the impression the window would be repaired. I paid the technician who again was very nice and got to work doing the "repair". Wish I wouldn't have wasted money on this service if I would have been informed ahead of time that it would look the same/worse.

We were overjoyed to hear that Novus had started doing plate glass. We needed 3 windows replaced in our house, with grids between the glass, and was having trouble finding replacements. Novus got them replaced for us, they look perfect! Lance and Jeremy were very professional and did a great job!
