I can say that Naults in Windham is the best place you could ever buy a bike or motorsports. The sales people and managers are the absolute best! They make you feel like family when you walk in the door and listen to your needs! They don’t push anything on you and help make a decision best suited for your individual situation. A huge shout out to the sales manager MARISSA she is amazing!! She will get it done for you! As well a shout out to the finance dept Scott and Brian as well! They listen to what you want and make it happen! Not to mention they all actually ride so they know what they’re talking about!! I’m so grateful to all three of them! They seriously brought a peace to my life I’ll never forget!!

I was looking for a pontoon boat while looking at the Indian motorcycles at the Seacoast dealership. Scott the sales manager in Seabrook referred me to Naults. He was amazing to work with! He saved me from getting a lower quality boat I would have regretted buying. . I am so happy I came here! I met the best sales manager ever! Jonah Lynn he is very knowledgeable and educated me on the pontoon boats, He had excellent communication. He sent me all kinds of photos of the boat when it arrived. He gave me a smoking deal on my trade, my boat was all set up and ready to drop in the water when we left. I couldn’t have asked for a better deal on this boat. He really delivered on this sale. I will be coming back to purchase a 4 wheeler and an Indian, I am so happy I made the decision to come to naults! Thank you Jonah for your hard work! You really made us feel like family here! I will be referring all of my friends and family here! My daughter Krystal got her dirt bike here last week and loves it! Great service!! Thank you thank you thank you!! I really appreciate it! Naults is my number 1 choice hands down!

Overall, this dealer didn’t seem bad, but they also didn’t seem motivated to sell. I visited twice and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged either time. On my second visit, I walked around for about 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me—and that only happened because I initiated the conversation. Most other dealers at least offer a quick greeting or let you know they’re available. I ultimately purchased elsewhere, and Naults won’t be on my list for future bike purchases.

I found a great deal on a leftover 2024 Suzuki V-Strom 800DE Adventure at Naults.com, so my wife and I stopped in to see the bike in person and see if it fit us. It so happened that Suzuki was having a test ride event in the parking lot, so we were soon signed up and put on a V-Strom to run a course through the neighborhoods and highways of Manchester.....much fun! We quickly met our salesperson Cody and were made to feel comfortable right away while we made our decision. Questions were answered and offers were made, and soon after we were proud owners of our new bike. Cody was AMAZING, I highly recommend seeking him out in the showroom. He was extremely personable and had great product knowledge. We could tell he was excited about his job helping customers find their new rides. He worked hard to get us a great deal, and we were done with the paperwork in a flash. He showed us all the amazing features and answered questions as well. In all, this was an outstanding purchase experience.....Bravo Cody and Nault's!

UPDATE: Jeff, the head of service reached out to me and made things right. After my initial review, they got to the bottom of what happened, and performed the analysis on my machine and I then signed off on all the repairs needed. Specifically I appreciated the apology for poor service, for the time involved, and the lack of support. They made things right in my eyes, and Jeff did everything in his power to fix my experience, and I'm walking away happy, and will try them again in the future.

Abridged initial review:
2 months ago I bought an older used Honda Ruckus scooter, and I wanted a Honda dealer to give it a full once-over and service. They were going to identify anything that was wrong with it, come up with a list, then I would go through the items, sign off on what I wanted done, and get it fixed. I needed to deposit $500 for this, as they don't want to be stuck with a machine that's worth less than the cost to fix.

Long story short, over 6 weeks and 1 call for status and 2 in person requests for update, it hadn't been acted upon, and I took the machine back, with the plan to get service elsewhere.

I show up, get my machine, and they say a check will be in the mail for my money. No apology, no explanation, no customer service.

The issues I see are as follows:
- It only takes an hour to diagnose a machine (their statement), and they were going to charge ~$200 for that. You're telling me that in 6 weeks, every single bit of service work they did was for customers who dropped off equipment *prior* to mine? I find that deeply unlikely. If that's not true, it means they were deprioritizing my work, despite holding my $500 up front. My money is as good as anyone elses, this is deeply frustrating.

- Next, throughout the whole process, I never once got a straight estimate or statement about when they would work on it. I would have been fine if they said "we're very backed up, it'll be in 4 weeks". But they didn't. This is a communication issue. They *KEPT* telling me that "next week" they'd work on it. Maybe with honest intentions, maybe just to get me out of their hair, but either way after several times it crossed from acceptable to outright lying. This wasted a LOT of my time.

- If they don't want to diagnose an older machine, then just be up front and say that, that's perfectly reasonable. But they didn't. They either want the business or they don't, but don't lie to me and waste my time, and then when after 6 weeks of their failure deliver ANYTHING, have the gall to not apologize, or offer to speak with a manager, or even offer some reasonable explanation.
