The entire process of purchasing the car (CT5 V-Blackwing) from this dealership was easy and stress free. The salesman (Mike P) was a pleasure to work with. His timely communication with me via phone calls and texts throughout the process was excellent. This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car (Finance Manager Kathy was also a pleasure to work with) and if/when we're in the market for another Cadillac, Mike will be the first person I get in touch with.

Is Napleton Cadillac the best car dealership in the nation? I'd say so. I was just dreaming on a lark about acquiring one of their pre-owned vehicles, a 2012 Mini Roadster, I had found on TrueCar from 880 miles away, when I received a call from John Melus asking if there was any further information needed or questions I might have about the car. John was low-key, no pressure, at the same time confident about the standards of the dealership and the high bar they set in terms of vehicle quality and service. In short John just let me know that this was a great car in great shape and if I wanted the car, he was there to make it happen.

After two days of reflection and feeling very reassured with John's integrity and communication I called back and asked John if the vehicle was still available (it was), if there were any issues with the vehicle (basically none) and, feeling very trusting of John and Napleton Cadillac, said "Let's Do This". Not only did John walk me through the process but we were able to overcome hurdles with a three day banking holiday and my upcoming family trip that required some patience on Napleton Cadillac's end as to when I could initiate a wire transfer. (John worked it so I was able to perform an initial credit card deposit to hold the car while the wire transfer was awaiting execution.). Three days later I was able to transfer the remaining balance and another four days later I was able to fly into Chicago, sign the necessary documents and pick the car up.

I want to share my gratitude for General Manager Keith Herrera and Finance Manager Kathy Gudas for their hidden hand in smoothing out the buying process in my purchase from afar. And thank you Victor and thank you Service team for making sure the car was inspected and good to go for the long drive ahead I know it takes a symphony to make things happen. I also know it would've been easier for Napleton Cadillac to keep the vehicle available to potential buyers than to hold it for me during this three day bank holiday, but they were completely dedicated to making this happen for me...

And as icing on the cake John called me on Sunday from his home while I was in transit just to make sure the car was meeting my expectations. The best service. The best cars. As John shared in this follow up conversation Napleton Cadillac considers their customers as family who are welcomed into their home. Not just words but very much their authentic nature. I am truly impressed.

Dan and the entire staff involved in our recent purchase at Napleton Cadillac made the entire process from start to finish extremely painless. They were very patient and communicated effectively. We never felt pressured and were able to take our time making a decision. Dan was also very knowledgable about the vehicle, which made our choice easier in the end. This is our first Cadillac from Napleton, but I don't feel like it will be our last.

KEITH please stop calling me there is no need to speak your corporate office will be reaching out to you. Also, take accountability and OWN that your site needs some soft skill training. They are also aware that you were telling my husband to delete this review. Deleting this review will not change the fact that you need some leadership skills and hold yourself accountable for the poor management there.

Worst service EVER. Besides the fact that they work at a “Luxury” dealership they certainly act nothing close to luxury or class. Their sales reps are sleezy, will not be transparent with you that once you buy the vehicle they want nothing to do with you after they get your sale done. Yea, typical sales people who are only there at their convenience right! Keith Herrera, GM of this location, shame on you for developing unethical salesmen with NO INTEGRITY!

Called in to speak to the manager and Cindy (woman answering the phone) was extremely rude. If you’re so unhappy with your job, career redirect yourself PLEASE.

CLEARLY these individuals working here don’t know that WE, the consumers buying your products, are the reason you’re employed.

We recently purchased a pre-owned car from Napleton Cadillac and it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! We worked with Victor Mares and he made the process so simple from the first phone call to the final delivery. Professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I also want to mention that Kathy Gudas was also awesome to work with and made the finance process super simple and enjoyable. 10 Stars for the Napleton Team for making our car buying experience exceptional!

It’s frustrating to see a dealership have an individual, Dan Praljak, working in a finance manager position who one, don’t work well with customers and two, don’t work at all with the customers bank. He was very rude and nasty! He didn’t care that I spent my entire day trying to upgrade my vehicle with my hard earned money. I had my credit pulled multiple times in order to get the vehicle that I wanted, only to walk out without it because he’s incapable of doing his job and working with the customers bank for a trade-in. His goal should’ve been, let’s get the customer in the vehicle, but instead arguing with my bank customer service rep was far more important. He lacks customer service skills necessary to ensure a successful trade-in. I’m disappointed with the entire trade-in finance process and procedures. And do not bother emailing the sales manager and general manager about anything because neither of them will respond. I normally don’t have any issues with this dealership, but this one took the whole cake!
