I bought a battery here about a year ago. It died a couple days back, I couldn’t find the warranty info so I went in begrudging the fact that I had to buy a new battery not even a year later. The gentleman that helped me today was able to find my warranty on the system and I was able to walk out with a brand new replacement for free! Very grateful for this stores great customer service.

asst manager was rude. no people skills. Said was at managers price. was 2x the $ as online, after ordered with ridiculous shipn cost from driver/warehouse that comes and goes everyday anyways. come to find out...wrong part after all. went back and they haggled me over their mistake :/ NEVER WILL I GO TO NAPA AGAIN

I came in & was attended by an older male. I came in for a hydraulic hose & even had my old hose in hand to show the item I wanted & even specified I had bought it there before & he didn’t even check or even made the effort to figure out & said “We don’t sell anything hydraulic” & I asked “are sure it’s this right here in my hand I bought it here” & he said “No, I’m positive Napa doesn’t do anything hydraulic” so then I went to another Napa store & told them what I wanted & they immediately got it done for me

I have good luck here. Always have the part and friendly customer service but I can’t say that for every Napa. It’s clean but it’s kind of off the beaten path but not to bad.

We looked everywhere for parts gfor or the car, auto zone said they had them but really didnt. My boyfriend and his brother called all auto parts stores and finally gave up . I askes them if they called napa, no they didn't said they wouldnt have them too. I got online , put in parts needed, reserved them and picked up the next mirning in Moline store. They were amazed. I told them that napa auto parts store in aledo, illinois ALWAYS HAD PARTS NEEDED, and if didnt which was rare, had them within hours. Love my napa stores.
